Spacious open cafe with comfy seating & a relaxed atmosphere with lovely open views of the sea. The cafe is reasonably priced for a theatre venue & represents excellent value for money. Also visited on 70s night, extremely busy but the bar staff coped extremely well with the amount of customers. The range of events being staged at the moment... More

Came here for the Whitby Northern Soul Weekender and had a brilliant time. Two separate huge rooms to dance the night away in, packed with people enjoying themselves and having fun so a fantastic atmosphere. Well done to all the staff who were kept extremely busy and worked long hours.

We enjoyed a weekend of dancing in this venue and it was outstanding. The bar is a bit pricey but then all venues are the same. The food bar is excellent serving fast but good food, all staff here are really friendly and have a good working attitude. Congratulations on being so customer friendly, we loved it!

We had another trip to Whitby Pavilion, to see a comedy play performed by the local theatre group, Whitby Amateur Dramatic Soceity, excellent play and excellent venue. The rows of seats are spaced to allow ample leg room, no numb legs through having to sit with your knees under your chin like some theatres! Staff are helpful and courteous, clean... More

Wonderful views and a great location to watch a show or go to the pictures. However the food still needs to improve, the service is good but the food is overpriced and a little bland. But co's were local will keep popping in for a coffee and look at the wonderful sea & harbour views.

There for WGW, ok so the bands were great, great atmosphere, lots of people to meet and talk to etc, but that would be a WGW review not a pavilion review. The pavilion has overpriced drinks and food, and it doesn't provide enough seating

Great to go when the goth market is on - fabulous things to be found. We wanted to go to the evening entertainment but unfortunately we were told we could only buy a weekend pass and we only wanted to go Friday as we meet friends in the town on the Saturday evening, so we missed out this year on...
