I guess this is really a review of the Seaside Vintage Fair rather than the pavillion itself although it was an ideal venue. The fair was most enjoyable and easy to spend a couple of hours rummaging and enjoying a trip down memory lane.

I must say first that this event is popular, perhaps 60 or 80 couples attended and most seemed to be regulars, but it was not my cup of tea, in fact no tea at all, normally it is included but at £3.75 I cannot complain. Dance floor was large very good despite being abused the previous weekend. We arrived at... More

We went to Whitby Pavillion for the Northern Soul Weekender, 3rd July 2015' and we had a fantastic weekend, the music was fantastic, the people were all very happy and friendly, the food was good and reasonably priced. The bar staff were very quick considering there was a lot of people there, the music was fantastic, the people great, no... More

Although here on buisness, which I spent the weekend. I must say the sandwiches were freshly made, with the freshest of brown bread. Quick service and the best hot chocolate. Pleasant reception area with fantastic views across the sea. So nice to have a relaxing drink and snack

We come here regularly for events but sadly found this time our worst visit. The drinks prices are ridiculous £3.80 for a small bottle of Budweiser and £1.50 for a bottle of water although some were charged £1.80 for the same product. Plastic glasses unless you have wine then you get a glass and the glass bottle of wine. Water... More

Lovely large function room that can hold several hundred people comfortably. great view out to sea through the large porthole windows. The staff in the café are friendly and try their best to please. Again a pleasant view along the beach from the cafe window seats. The food is reasonable but nothing special. If you're going to return ask for... More

We went to the theatre just for a look and a morning cup of coffee on a wet miserable morning. Overall very clean and a typical menu for this type of place. Staff made us feel welcome. You have great views looking out to the beach and sea.

Another cracking performance by Chris Wales as the imposter aunt and as ever we had an enjoyable night at the theatre. Ian Dobson was directing this production and was very much missed on the stage. The cost of a ticket at under £10 makes it great value for money but the bar does not give the same great value with... More

I was here for the WGW gigs and a council run facility that knew the venue had sold out should ensure they have enough staff to serve at the bars and not run out of mixers or drinks. No coke on Saturday night nor dark/spiced rum. Staff, however, were courteous and apologetic under the circumstances. Door staff were great, then... More
