On this particular occasion I was only there to see a musical which was very good so I only used the theatre & bar. The seats we were in were comfortable with plenty of leg room. Although the interval was short we were able to take our drinks in plastic containers back into the theatre! No complaints st all! A... More

we went to do a Car Boot sale! I was looking on-line to see what was going on whilst on holiday there and thought why not? Lets do one! So i booked a table. I must say it wasn't terribly busy but it wasn't the best day weather-wise. It was still nice to do & meet some locals. The Restaurant... More

We spent the best part of four days at the Whitby pavillion as part of the Bramstoker film festival. The festival was absolutely fantastic - a big thank you to the organisers. The staff at the pavillion were really helpful and the tea was good along with lovely chips and gravy.

Music and plays are venues here, a cafeteria and refreshing view. We went in fall and had a hot drink and pizza.

This is a good place to find out what is happening in the area, but it's also a lovely place on a not so good weather day to sit in comfort and enjoy the sea/beach view.

We went here on the Friday and Saturday night. Great dance floor. Lots of bars so very little queuing needed. AS always ladies toilets in short supply. Great venue though. Right on the sea front

Just returned from The Northern Soul and Motown Weekend at the Whitby Pavillion and must say we were disappointed. We went last year and enjoyed it so expected the same this year to find so many people had been crammed into the event it became uncomfortable. We couldn't find a seat anywhere even after attending at 8.30pm which is the... More

We visited the Pavilion as part of Whitby Civic Society Heritage weekend. Our party was treated to a history of the building and a back-of-house guided tour. Everyone was very friendly. The highlight was the choreographed performance of the young players in period costume as we went around. Someone had put a lot of effort into writing their script which... More
