Telephoned in advance to join Halloween tour and really looking forward to it. Arrived at base to find no-one in attendance. Realised then that tours must set off from Riverside Road instead of Thorpe St.Andrew. Shame they didn't tell me that on the 'phone! Too late to be able to get from Thorpe to Riverside.

Had a great day on one of the electric day boats.
Staff were helpful & friendly, especially the bloke who showed us to our boat.
Went all the way into the fine city, & back.
Would definitely visit again.

Well, speaking from first hand experience my family and I could not fault the company. The riverbus service was excellent - and good value for money!! We returned from our cruise with City Boats on 9th April 2007 having had a wonderful time. Even on a Bank Holiday Monday - which is obviously a a busy time for the boatyard...

well, having been asked to turn up at 10.30 am when we booked our boat we expected our arrival to be anticipated. It wasn't and furthermore we were treated like the company were doing us a huge favour by renting us a boat. The man that supervised the donning of life jackets and boarding of boat was incredibly rude, and...
