Absolutely spectacular gardens to walk round and enjoy. We visited on the day of the country fair so it was busier than normal but did provide added entertainment. I would have given a 5 but the facilities weren't quite up to cater for the number of visitors, 30 minute queue to buy 3 drinks was a bit much. Otherwise a... More

We visited here with friends and it was a very enjoyable day out. Reasonably priced as Senior Citizens we paid £6.50 and this included a guide book with map. Being May the gardens were not in full flower however there was abundance of colour throughout mainly from bluebells, rhododendrons, azaleas, and a few paeonies to name a few. The walled... More

Visit arranged via "Invitation to View" scheme. Three hours of a thoroughly interesting experience including refreshments, brief history of the Hall, conducted tour of the dwelling and 90 minutes to explore the quite amazing gardens. If no tour as described available, a visit just to the gardens is strongly recommended.

Pleasant and serene location yet so close to the bustle of Hoveton and Wroxham centre. visited this weekend to see the Azalea's and Rhodedendron's just coming into flower, so much colour!. The walled garden is looking good as to is the restored glasshouse. Pleasant woodland & garden walks with Harry Hover's children's stamp trail. Nice cafe and plants sales area... More

We went to Hoveton Hall Gardens this Easter Sunday. It a reasonable entry price. The cafe was cool but the food was good. We did both the Easter trail and the trail in the spider garden for our little one. Both our children really enjoyed the trails and we enjoyed looking around the garden. I would advise water proof shoes... More

This garden offers riverside walk, country stroll through the fields, and a variety of gardens including historic information about herbs. A small but pleasant cafe in the barn, a peaceful retreat from crowds and busy places.

This was a pleasant day out. Gardens, seats and all buildings well looked after. Pity that on our departure we were sent on an exit over a meadow , that led to a locked gate!

Our first visit here and we only called in as we had been to Wroxham, but so glad we did. The spider garden was magnificent with beautifully tended borders and a good display of plants. We were lucky enough to see a deer at the Kidney lake, and the displays of azaleas and rhododendrons were superb. There was also a... More

First time we have been here and its so beautiful, we done the Easter Egg hunt trail for my daughters 2nd Birthday on the Easter sunday and the kids absolutely loved it. The flowers were breathtaking and it was a lovely walk around the gardens! The food was also nice from the tearoom. Defo recommend and will be coming back... More

We did the Easter trail today with our 8yr son. The trail was really well thought out with letters and clues laid out around the garden. The clues allowed us to explore the whole garden while keeping our son suitably engaged. The gardens were beautiful- particularly the water gardens, and a nice size. We spent about 3 full hours their... More
