We have seen this tribute band many times over the years at various venues. Our experience last Saturday at Norwich Theatre Royal is the best so far. Brilliant band, good acoustics and lighting. The band seemed to be enjoying themselves a lot too, more so, than when we have seen them play other venues. Seats were a bit cramped and... More

I've been to the theatre several times, seating area is always clean and tidy and ththe staff is friendly. Food is a little pricey so I would recommend bringing your own. I take my kids,to see the Xmas panto every December and we all love it.

Lucky to live in Norwich and able to go to the theatre easily and see performances. Such an eclectic mix of shows on all the time, something for everyone. The theatre is lovely and the seats are comfy. Only draw back is the seats can be cramped and there can be a battle for the arm rest! The seats also... More

I have been to many excellent productions at the Theatre Royal. Sadly, this was not one of them. The bright flashing lights were an assault on the eyes. The booming narrative was basically a lecture, and when we left we felt duly chastised. Whilst the cast were no doubt talented, there were too many mistakes, which made for a rather... More

Karen missed last year as she was in hospital. This annual event is part of our Christmas & New Year celebrations. Once again we were not disappointed . Richard Gauntlett is the epitome of the pantomime dame. Well written & performed, & scenery flowed as did the lighting, & scene changes. Fast slick original , he is the master. Looking... More

We came to see Snow White on January 15th which was the relaxed performance, we came on this night as our son is Autistic and we couldn't have wished for a better time. Our son aged 7 had a wonderful time and laughed quite a lot, I was surprised he sat all the way through it without getting bored or... More

Nice trip to this beautiful theatre. My little girl enjoyed every minute. I think they could have had more staff helping to sell ice cream as the queue did take a long time, but other than that a wonderful performance and good customer service.

Came here in a group of 4 for the Snow White pantomime, the show was fantastic with humour for all ages. Facilities at the theatre are of a great standard and I was impressed with the large bar area and seating available. Will return

We had tickets for the Panto which was Snow White with a cast that only included one 'celebrity' Jennifer Ellison (of former Brookside). This did not matter, the cast were brilliant, all working really well together. The story has been slightly adapted by the writer who stars in the show but to good effect. This is a traditional Panto -... More
