Sympathetic restoration of Henry Trevor's victorian garden. A joy to behold for a very modest entrance fee and recommended for horticulture enthusiasts, garden designers and general relaxees.

This is a short walk from the city centre. Upon arrival there was no-one around and an honest box was there for you to put £2 each in to enter the gardens. The toilet was locked, there was no info guide or map of the gardens. All in all it was pretty bad value for money and I certainly wouldn't... More

We were there on a fair day and it was really lovely and authentic. There is an old fountain close to the entrance which was my favourite. The garden is well maintained with beautiful plants and it was really nice strolling around. Just as you can read in one of the comments below, there was a proposal there on that... More

We liked it so much we became members. Well maintained gardens in the heart of the city and every time we go there is something different to see. Our daughter likes going too and exploring all the different paths. Good for impromptu picnics.

This hidden gem within Norwich is right next to the Roman Catholic Cathedral. I know people whom have lived in Norwich their entire lives and have no idea it's even here! In fact I believe it was only 'rediscovered' (in a terrible state) in the 1980s. It's a fantastic open space in the City centre, lovingly restored and maintained by... More

We stopped in here for a vintage fair. Although there was numerous stalls & many people, we still enjoyed it thoroughly. It cost us £2 per person to enter, but it was worth it. There are information boards all around the garden & there was refreshments & plants available for purchase. The garden is full of lovely colourful plants, a... More

Just go there to see it for yourself. Every person with affection for all things beautiful and unusual will love it.. Also, if you go in summer, they have coffees, teas and cakes on offer. It's a lovely place to sit with a friend and chat quietly. Lots of kids with parents on weekends I suppose, but everything is in... More

Beautiful quiet fascinating small garden to visit. Interesting history. Some plants in unusual combinations, exotically designed garden ornaments, statuary, fountain steps and walls. A few plants available for sale.
