Its great to hear of all the changes happening at the Guildhall. Its a wonderful space with such rich history and spaces with have been underused for decades. History Mystery game is an intensely fun game, soon to open an escape room in the old gaol cells. Cafe Britannia is a welcome addition in the centre of norwich to compliment... More

I love Guildhall, it is such an impressive building . Amazing exterior, architectural details. Inside you can find tea room Caleys, they serve the best jacket potatoes! And there is a lot of fabulous hand made chocolates.. And staff is lovely.

Amazing building and part of norwich's heritage. It needs to be used more as it really would be a shame to see the building go to nothing. I have walked past it 100 times and was amazed by what's beneath. They need to invent some ghost stories!

Whilst visiting Norwich we came across the Guildhall which was a very impressive building at the side of the market square. Our wife's were doing some retail therapy and my friend and I were looking for somewhere to have lunch. On entering the Guildhall we discovered Carleys Tearoom. It was obvious that our search was over. We had a fantastic... More

Selected the Guildhall as an exciting venue for a professional drinks reception. The historic courtrooms are a perfect backdrop and the staff helpful and accommodating. Would recommend for a range of business events.

Having lived in Norwich for many years I had never visited The Guildhall. What a mistake, it is filled with history in the centre of Norwich. Build in the Normandy times you have to respect this building. If you can get downstairs you will witness history from over 600 years ago. The cells carry a sense of fear, how many... More

The City seem to miss an opportunity here, as access to the more interesting parts is very limited. The façade is covered in knapped flint work which must have taken man years to complete with only hand tools available at that time. The café provides some tasty snacks and excellent hot chocolate. I was lucky enough to get to see... More
