doesn't do anything better or worse than any other exhibition centre I've been to, but it was very warm inside so the aircon isn't great. The roadworks made access from the river side a bit of a pain. Not a great selection of eateries I found, and I didn't spot a cloakroom either.

Attended a business event. Very easy to reach via the tube, and well sign posted. Facilities were clean. Didn't use any of the shops as the event provided refreshments. Seats were comfy, but too close to next person when in the theatre setting. Can't wait for the next opportunity to visit.

The ExCel arena is a modern and simple exhibition centre to navigate. Much better than the NEC as it only has one large corridor which all the halls follow off from. There are plenty of eateries present which include Subway, Bollywood Brasserie and Armadillo. One of the best events held here is The Outdoor Activities Expo held in February. The... More

Visited to attend the recent IFSEC event. The place is huge with great transport links into London. All security / reception staff were very helpful and happy to help with any issues.

Was able to attend for the Internet World 2014 marketing expo. Amazing building. Always tons of expos and events happening - some are free. Worth checking out their upcoming events to see if you will be in London at the same time as an event they are hosting. Restaurants and toilets throughout the building. Served by two DLR stations at... More

A very good venue for small to medium events. Really easy to get to and ticket prices vary from event to event as you would expect.

I attended a two day business event here and found it to be a wonderful place to visit. It is really easy to get to by road or rail (did both on alternate days). The DLR takes you practically to the door (I got off at Custom House for entry to the west end of the building) The venue is... More

This was the second exhibition we have done this year with the first being at Birmingham NEC. In comparison to that Excel stands out dramatically. The people doing all the important jobs of cleaning, security meet and greet and so on are all much more pleasant. There are plenty of cafe's and food outlets and a great business centre

This was my second visit To The show, The first about 6yrs ago. Disappointingly it doesn't seem To haves moved on much. There were some interesting building concepts And a lot of tasters, but The Interiors seemed trapped in a time warp!! We were looking forward To our afternoon tea, but this Too, was not much To rave about. The... More
