I can't say about the London store but the Dorchester (Dorset) store is alright not much space to display the range of products, But the helpful staff (Chloe) makes up for it her smile and knowledge of the products makes the shopping experience so much better

Visited while strolling down Oxford St. shopping. Their big sale was going on and the place was insanely crazy. Mostly stopped in for a teenager on a budget, and she was happy with the Forever 21 equivalent fashions available. As an adult, if I chose carefully, I could find a few pieces that didn't make me look like an overweight... More

The collection is nice and decent and the prices affordable, but the staff do not know how to approach customers!. I went with a friend who was in the fitting room while I was waiting. While waiting I decided to charge my mobile phone in a plug just opposite the Mens fitting room. After 10 minutes this employee came and... More

We went to the one in Oxford circus. The collection is fairly decent and the prices fairly affordable. However, the service was bad. The staff was downright rude when we asked for Tax Refund arrangement.

This used to vaguely claim to be NEXT's flagship store, but there's a bigger one at Westfield if you're really keen. This store stocks exactly the same things as every other branch of NEXT.

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
