My wife and I decided to make this our show of our trip and boy did we make the right choice. We saw "Hobsons choice" and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. We arrived early which was just as well as the picnic tables around the BBQ area are very popular. I think that if we were to return which... More

We took our family to see "Hobson's Choice" at this theatre. I was very nervous about the weather. We got a few sprinkles of rain before the show began. The actors were absolutely superb. It was a great update of the original play. We had seats that were fairly close, but the theatre is small enough that I think every... More

The actors were great - able to ad lib quite well when there were unexpected "additions" to the set. It's a beautiful venue, right there in the park, and all the seats had a good view of the stage. I advise that you wear layers - it gets a touch chilly.

I have often come here with friends. Start your evening with a picnic in the park then enjoy wonderful theatre - an excellent night out. This time we saw "Hobson's Choice" which closes soon. If you're reading this in early July 2014 get a ticket now! For me it typifies the best plays for the theatre here - light, very... More

in the Summer Rgent's park Open Air Theatre put on amazing productions. They do cancel if weather really bad but they try not to. Always top entertainment. This year I went to see Hobson'sChoice. as always, an amazing production. Food is good at at the venue or why not bring a picnic to eat in the park before the show.

Sitting outside in the sun and watching a fantastic preformance of Twelfth Night is highly recommended.

Yesterday four of us (adults) went to Regents Park for a 'fun' production of Shakespeare's Twelfth Night. Although a sort of modern presentation, it mostly retains the original text and songs (with a few fun additions!) The cast were energetic, versatile and gave great vocal and amazing musical performances on an variety of instruments as well as singing well and... More

During the summer months, you can attend outdoor theatre performances at the Open Air Theatre at Regent's Park. We recently watched 'All My Sons' and very much enjoyed our experience. Tickets were reserved directly with the Open Air Theatre website but the show was only 50% full. We also noted that tickets were going for discounted prices at the TKTS... More

Always love going here to see productions even if the current one, Hobsons Choice was a little underwhelming though no fault lf the acting which was of a high standard. A little overpriced these days and some of the food and drink pricing is a little steep - £3.50 for a small tub of jelly beans but overall a good... More

the second day's morning performance of Twelfth Night (reimagined for 6+) was excellent. How did someone come up with such an inspired version and make it so very engaging? So very clever. The cast are ultra talented, playing all sorts of musical instruments and their lightening quick costume changes are remarkable! The theatre is actually smaller on the inside than... More
