Great venue. Legendary acts have graced this fabulous dark basement stage. The walks are covered in photos of the greats. Every genre from Swing to Punk, blues, metal, the lot! Don't expect plush surroundings, and why should you? This is the sort of place that music lovers know. You go for the music and the intimate atmosphere , the sweat,... More

I went to see a Canadian band called Hedley recently at the 100 Club. They don't tour here very often so when I saw they posted a (single) UK date, I was over the moon! However, it turned out the club's regulations state that you have to be over eighteen to attend, or over sixteen with an adult over 21.... More

This little club is not up too much if you want fancy. I go for the music I love rock and that's what I go to see. Prices are cheap and you have a good night. In this world you only ever get what you pay for and if you are at the front you are virtually on the stage.... More

I went to 100 Club for the first time and didn't know what to expect, but it is definitely a serious music venue with an interesting past. I saw Jon Gomm and really enjoyed the music and atmosphere. 100 Club obviously attracts people who are serious about music as the doors opened at 7.30 and it was already full when... More

This is an amazing club in a basement on Oxford Street. It's incredibly atmospheric and you'll see some great live bands here. They play a great mix, blues, rock, ska and Northern soul ( not all in one night!) you can usually just pay at the door unless it's one of the bigger bands. It's recently had the air conditioning... We went to see Steve Forbert at the 100 club and it's almost like he's in your living room A good show but a boring public although I quite like the club. Small but adequate for concerts.

The 100 Club is an awesome venue. I must have walked past it like a million times on Oxford Street but never saw it. I like small, dark venues like this as it feels intimate, there's no barriers or army of security guards and, being a bit of a music snob, means I'm not listening to mainstream music. Which is... Went to see an (excellent) gig last night but the venue's air conditioning was not working and it became dangerously and unpleasantly hot. It didn't help that it was the hottest day of the year. Sort it out before someone dies.
