Went bowling, didn't receive confirmation email even though we were on system. Got there and it took about 2 and a half hours to play 2 games because the pins came down really really slowly (10-15 minute wait about twice every round). Some pins were also missing in places making it unfair which the kids didn't like. Only reconciliation they... More

The venue is quite uncontrolled - people skate in the opposite direction without being stopped - kids throw ice at each other with parents watching and laughing - kids sit on the window ledges where it says "don't sit" and nobody does anything... And fast, experienced skaters go in and out of slower ones. Result:Injuries! My kids is quite experienced... More

We have been there in Sunday, 6 of us. The atmosphere was quite and comfortable but I'm really disappoint about 2 things: they sell beer for 5£ each, come on guys I Understed we are in London but I have been in to many pubs and places, no one indoor is expensive like you. The second thing is we paid... More

My Son had his 10th Birthday here back in March with a Skating Party and so I thought that 4 months later I would have my 50th here doing the same thing (obviously with a few sneaky drinks to liven up proceedings). It was fantastic! Booking the Party was effortless (thank you Irina) and the Pizza and food was fantastic... More

I wouldn't recommend this place. Me and my friends (3 couples) got death threats from a group of men, we've been there on Sunday evening to play bowling and started with a game of table football. We played for 5 minutes then we were surrounded by a few guys asking us to leave. We've initially refused and we politely said... More

My daughter started ice skating lessons in February and I have to say the instructors and supporting staff are superb. When booking the lessons I asked about timing and they advised me to get there early so that my daughter could be fitted with ice skates, and also to receive wrist bands from reception for the entire course. Before the... More

Came here for a night out bowling for my birthday with 6 friends. After waiting for 30 minutes to get to our lane and sort out shoes because the staff were far to busy chatting amongst themselves to bother serving the queue of customers we got on with the game at hand. Everything was great untill the lane jammed and... More

I went with with my sons for skating today the place was packed with people but nicely managed, the staff were very helpful and pleasant, the fee was a bit costly £13.00 for a child and £13.50 for an adult plus £5.00 for child aiding penguin for a 30 minute session. But it was still worth going as there was... More

Staying in Notting Hill

Neighborhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighborhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
