On Wednesday 21st May at 6pm we arrived at this establishment, we were recommended by the receptionist to wait until 7pm and join the class (7-8). My friend and I were really looking forward to learn how to skate properly and no longer look like fools on the ice. After wasting the first 15 mins, of time we paid for... More

I last went to this place in early February and their management is appalling. I am a regular skater and I left my blade protectors by the side (and the management, in a sense, stole them as they were left by the side. This place is good for tourists but the management don't care about their skaters at all. They... More

On our London trip, we went here on a London pass. We went here late at night because it was one of the attractions that were included in the London pass that was open that late at night, plus it was on the way on our train ride to the hotel we were staying at. The place was swarming with... More

We finally went ice-skating together, not easy as it looks but we did enjoy it a lot and had more than one laugh!! Also played bowling which was fun :) The place is great just maybe needs a bit of Face Lift!!

Visited well back in summer 2009. It was a summers weekday during school term and the ice rink was empty! There was about 25 of us for my 19th Birthday and end of exam celebrations. We paid before we got in and we took over the ice rink because it was empty, very very fun. The service at the bar... More

We had a night out for bowling. I missed the place as I got confused with nearby All Stars but it was easy to spot as long as you know the name. The place was ok. Lanes were bit crowded and balls seems to be quite old with lots of dent. There was not so much choice. Pillars were standing... More

We put our bags right next to us and after 15min of playing one bag was GONE! Management was not cooperative at all to call the police nor to show us pics... More

Booked online but when we got there they had no reference for our paid booking, after a while... and proof via email we got into the ice skating dept 4 minutes early and were very bluntly and rudely told not open... Considering £25.75 including the online booking fee for two isn't the cheapest price I would expect a little bit... More

Prices are very high, went there with a couple of friends to ice skate and paid a lot then after 10 minutes decided to leave as it was too crowded. Asked for a refund and they didn't accept but offered us a bowling game so we took our skates off and went but then they made up an excuse about... More

My adventure to Queens Ice and Bowl was amazing. My family and I got to go Ice Skating which was indoors and we got to do some great karaoke and some amazing bowling which everyone loves! There is a snack bar if you get hungry and if you want to play some arcade games there you can! This place is... More
