The tour itenerary is okay (although you don't see Buckingham Palace) and it's a decent value (we paid only $25 per head). The vehicle is pretty comfortable and the river portion is fun. But in our case the American tour guide (Kiki) was so stilted and hokey that it detracted from the experience. The eye-rolling among our fellow passengers comfirmed... more

I was running a bit late, so was one of the last to get onto the Duck, which meant that I had one of the aisle seats. Nothing majorly wrong with this, but if you are looking to get some good photos try and aim for a "window" seat. Plus, it was very, very cold, but that's hardly the company's... more

Went on a London Duck tour during Feb 1/2 term visit to do the sights in London. Not a huge tour - starts near the London eye, drives round Westminster only, but passes Downing St, the Houses of Parliament, the side of Buckinham Palace, none of which you see too clearly. However the joy of the tour was the amusing... more

This was great and a unique experience. To the people who wrote some negative reviews...stay home ! The tour was very informative, and well hosted, by a very nice guide who kept the tour popping with historic information, show business references. There was a protest on the tour route, so we took some different roads and saw even more than... more

My partner and I went on the Duck tour hoping for a bit of fun and a ride in a piece of history. We got this and lots more. Our tour guide was hugely irreverant and funny but also informative. You should be warned, if you wanting to tick off all the sites of London and are interested in having... more

Just been on the Tour today. Arrived early so the guy suggested we go on the earlier tour which was helpful. Don't bring your luggage as it is an open sided vehicle and wrap up warm in winter. Good tour by road first. You are quite high up so you see over the traffic. Never done a London bus tour... more

Rarely leave reviews on this site, but feel I have to after some of the previous reviews - "no room for luggage" and "not much room": you're in a WW2 D-day landing craft, what do you expect? Went on this with a party of 5 others including my dad who's birthday trip this was and we all agreed it was... more

Like many other reviewers on here I too think this tour is overpriced for what it is. We paid £38 for two adults and the tour was not 75 minutes as advertised but only 55 minutes. (No explanation or part-refund was offered!) The tour just drives around in the traffic for a bit then goes into the water for ten... more

Two friends and myself went on a Duck Tour yesterday, and found it a very enjoyable experience. We had been somewhat concerned about previous bad reviews, but in our experience it was excellent, and money well spent. The tour guide (Chris?) was very knowledgeable and gave an excellent and very interesting commentary. We had lived all our lives in and... more

We booked months in advance and should have been highlight of trip before returning to Cardiff. We were booked on the 11 o'clock trip. We arrived well in advance as required. The two duck tour employees were rude and unhelpful and told us we had to wait as they were running late. We waited for almost an hour and throughout... more
