We went to Towerhill as instructed and found a great many poeple waiting for the tour, we were split into 3 groups and off we went. I really did not know what to expect and I was somewhat sceptical that I would enjoy as it turned out it was excellent, my wife and daughter had a superb time as well... More

We had Molly as our Tour Guide. She was wonderful - lots of information, great detail when required and a clear speaking voice. On a chilly night, it was a great way to spend a couple of hours. I wished I had known of the many tours that were on offer when I actually lived near London as it would... More

Didn't think I would be that 'bothered' by the walk. However, the tour was brilliant. I wish I had done this walk before my GCSE history exam 22 years ago! The tour was not too far, and it was lovely to see some of the original buildings and walkways. Thank you.

We met our London Walks tour guide, Steve, outside Tower Hill tube station at 7.30pm on a Saturday night exactly as instructed on the excellent London Walks web site. He took us on a 2 hour tour that highlighted the horrific activities of Jack The Ripper and made it fun and interesting - bizarrely! It was a cold, dark night... More

I did this tour with Donald Rumbelow as the tour guide (historian) and it was absolutely amazing especially if you have an interest in crime. We did it at night and the weather on the night (misty and eerie) definitely added to the atmosphere. I really loved the tour and Donald( we bought his book) Highly recommend We are off... More

I did a number of London Walks tours and this was one of the most interesting walks I went on while in London. The guide was someone who had either a history or criminology background, which made it so engaging for me because it was factual, theoretical and got into the guts of what was happening in the East End... Great walking tour with an absolutely AMAZING guide! Fun, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable on many things besides just the Ripper. I went with my brother in law and my daughter...we all loved it! You must go at night for full effect. There are no shortage of Ripper Tours...be sure to go with London Walks.

We had a very good tourguide who was easy to hear and understand - and he told us much about London 125 years ago in a very interesting way - not all about Jack the Ripper - but about life. Good.

My girlfriend had googled the best tour and it was true, The London Walk Jack the Ripper tour held by guide Rex was just Fantastic, you got a glimpse of the environment and feeling in East London in 1888, super proffessional guide told the story with big enthusiasm and great drama, we really got the feeling how life must have...
