My girlfriend had googled the best tour and it was true, The London Walk Jack the Ripper tour held by guide Rex was just Fantastic, you got a glimpse of the environment and feeling in East London in 1888, super proffessional guide told the story with big enthusiasm and great drama, we really got the feeling how life must have... We chose to do the tour on a dark evening to make it feel more real. The guide was very knowledgable and really knew his stuff. I must admit we didn't know much about him other than his name and what he did but we thoroughly enjoyed it learning about how and when it all happened and possible conspiracy theories.... More

There was a very large group of people gathered outside Tower Hill Tube on the night we visited but then the group was split into two. Our guide was Steve and he was very interesting and knowledgable and obviously knew his stuff. Obviously some of the area has changed dramatically over the years but parts of the tour took us... Interesting tour round the 5 murder sites and facts about the 5 victims. Interesting facts about the buildings how they used to be and many of them how they are now

Facinating tour by a guide who clearly knew the subject inside out The only criticism I could make is that on occasion the guide was distracted by things happening around and it would have been better had we visited all the locations where the murders took place ( re developments permitting) rather than just being told where they happened The... Be sure to tour with London Walks. There were other tours happening at the same time, but their laughter and sensationalism were disturbing, given the terrible plight of the women at the time. We were given a good overall feel for the way of life during the Ripper's era and found ourselves sympathetic to the untenable and vulnerable situations that... More

Walking around certain parts of London, at night, with a very knowledgeable Jack the Ripper guide. Eerie? you bet, but it was great! Our guide, Richard #3 painted a very precise picture of what and how London was during this time, even walked us to a couple of areas where the victims were found. I would definitely take another London... More

We didn't know anything about the ripper history other than he killed a few prostitutes. Unfortunately we didn't know how horrifically he killed them and what he did to the bodies. The american lady guide was very graphic in her explanations....so much so that we felt sick and left half way through the tour. The tour guide knew what she... More

I took this tour in Spanish so that my mother would be able to enjoy it, as her English is limited. So first off it was a little difficult to find the guide (had to go through 2 people to find it). The tour itself was very laid back, but to me it started off slow. The guide (Manel) gave... More

First we opted for the bus tour, but it was fully booked for the dates we wanted. Then Google gave me the link for this company. Tower Hill tube station, 7.30, every evening. I was trying to be near the guide, but even when I wasn't I heard him speaking clearly. We heard a lot of information, well presented, very... More
