Met minimal expectations. Waited longer for buses than we wanted to. Big Bus Tours buses came more often while we waited. The Original London Tour buses seemed to bunch up (two for the T1-yellow came at the same time) and not all the T1-yellow buses had live guides. This seems to be the highest priced tour, but I don't feel... More

We had only a day layover in London and wanted to get the 'most bang for our buck' (does this quote work with British pounds? Anyway...). We used the website to book our Original Bus tour and hopped on at Victoria Station. The bus stop was fairly easy to find, although we got to the wrong stop and we were... More

We went on the bus in London on Thursday with friends it was great value I booked online and got tickets form£26 each, you also get walking tours and a river cruise included in that price, brilliant value. Also you can get on & off at 80 different stops on 4 different routes. It's a great way to see more... More

We used a two day pass to get around London and all the sights, lots of fun. Unfortunately the crazy city traffic makes going fairly slow, but it gives time for more photos! There are three routes with interchange stops, and the buses run quite regularly, mostly close to time! A live commentary on one route is excellent, with audio... More

We were very happy with our decision to buy this bus pass. You can see all of the major attractions very easily and we loved that due to the season we got 2 days for the price of 1!

The Original London buses seemed to be much less frequent than competitors. We spent a lot of time waiting around for buses or walking to were we needed to go. The buses were clean, tour guides very knowledgeable but the bus drivers were a little cranky. There are other choices in town.

This was a mess. We started at St. Pancras station but there was no mention that the black line started late so we had to call. They told us to walk to Russel Square, but gave imprecise directions. The stop is actually North of the square, so we walked around some more before making another expensive call. After arriving at... More

We only had two days in London and spent most of them waiting for buses. We had rude bus drivers and even on the one route that was supposed to have live tour guides, only half of the time were they live. At one stop we waited for just under an hour. On our second day after waiting 45 mins... More

Excellent overview. You can get on and off. Very good commentary. Clean and comfortable. An even better view on the top deck

Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
