A great laugh

I'm not a fan of karaoke, as I'm so bad, but it is always a good laugh! The great thing about lucky voice is that you have your own room, away from prying eyes or the show offs... read more

I literally can't put into words how great a night we had!! There was 6 of us, all couples and we stumbled across this place. Great fun!! Initially we paid for 1 hour but as we had so much fun we carried on for another 2! My ou can get drinks by simply pressing a button, highly recommend!!!

Was a fab place. Fun, great value and fab staff. Defo recommend this for a girls or lads night out or just for couples who want to let their hair down for a few hours.

Dire! Song selection is good but sound quality extremely poor. Microphones didn't really work, you'd be just as well using one of the blow up ones. Possibly OK for a teenagers party. We went on a Thursday evening around 7.30 and it was hugely expensive. The 'booths' are very small and there is a dangerously high step down into the... More

The thought of singing in front of people absolutely terrifies me but I found myself at Lucky Voice with my football team-mates of Friday night. The luxurious cosy booths, the arrangements for getting drinks and for choosing songs made me so comfortable that I was on the verge of going solo on the microphone. I would certainly recommend Lucky Voice... More

I'm not a fan of karaoke, as I'm so bad, but it is always a good laugh! The great thing about lucky voice is that you have your own room, away from prying eyes or the show offs, so you can just sing your heart out, good or bad with friends in a private booth. You can control the music... More

8 of us went to Lucky Voice for a leaving do and even though some people started by saying they would not be singing, soon enough every one gets involved! Service is really good and they are very efficient at getting drinks for you. I do think it is quite pricey for the room hire.

Our group was about as mixed as they get: my 59 year old karaoke-mad mother, down to some mid 20's grumpy "I don't like singing" lads (ie me!)... but, as predicted, once the wine, cocktails and of course Tiger beers (by the bucket load!) were flowing everyone couldn't get enough of the mic. We ended up extending our time twice,... More

I had a similar experience to the reviewer below. Not a trustworthy establishment. If you do feel compelled to go, just make sure you don't have too much fun. It is not tolerated and will result in you being charged for something you were not responsible for!

We turned up quite merry after a few drinks and headed into our booth. One of our party banged his head on the low-hanging plasma tv and the screen had a crack. We immediately informed Lucky Voice what had happened and they insisted we pay £500 to cover the cost of a new tv. When we implored them about insurance... More

Hi Simon, Firstly, we’re so sorry that your Lucky Voice experience wasn't 100% brilliant. We do apologise for any cross-words, but we were a bit upset about our TV and hope you can understand that we have to protect our venue and equipment. We saw how it got broken on CCTV, and although we love nothing more than a room... More

We were celebrating a friend's new job and decided to give her a night to remember with karaoke. Lucky Voice is the venue of choice in Soho it would seem and we weren't disappointed! Our dedicated attendant was incredibly friendly, informative, and got us set up in our booth with drinks (the shooters are great fun!). She was on hand... More

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
