Was a very pleasant trip over the river, up to about 100 feet high. It was a very nice ascent and descent, clear view for quite a ways away. I had walked there from the Aloft hotel and just did the round trip. You can get off the tram and then come back later if you want to see other... More

The views along the river are great and the ride is fun, but make sure it is a clear day - I went on a sunny day and saw loads but on a foggy or rainy day this wouldn't be worthwhile

I did it twice, and I will definately do it again !! Not a long queue, you don't wait very long (the first time I did not wait at all. The view is great ! I think it would have been better in a more central place, but you cannot really find the place for those huge attractions in the... More

Good view from the cabin from the height of some 100 m above ground. A bit scary when the weather is windy. Now you can see it on map of London public transportation. The whole trip is short but worth of going. Go on good weather so you can see nice city sky line in this part of London. Easy... More

My friend and I decided to go on a ride on the air line before our NY Eve dinner. We went at about 5pm, and just had a one way trip. Although it was a short trip, so worth it! The views were amazing, perfect time of day as the sun was setting and the city lights were on. I... More

The trip is only about 10 minutes each way and cost £8.40 each which included a souvenir brochure and entry to the Aviation Experience afterwards. It was dark when we went and would like to go back in the daylight - there's not much to see when you look down as a lot of the area is industrial or waste... More

Brilliant & easy way to cross the Thames between the ExCel exhibition centre & O2 arena. Much more fun & cheaper than taking the tube but watch you don't get stranded on the wrong side by high winds as we did & had to take a very expensive Docklands railway/tube ride back!

We did the air line return trip just to experience to the cable car over the Thames. It was night time and windy but we enjoyed the whole experience. I would definitely recommend it. Great view over the O2 arena, which is a good stop for a meal afterwards!!

If you enjoy being high up this is a real treat. Yes it is quite expensive for a short ride, but the views are amazing, London as you never saw it before, and a delightful experience. I recommend timing it for late afternoon for the best of the sinking sun.
