Fabulous little pub, I reserved an area in here for 27 of us on a Friday night and the staff were amazing, very reasonable for London and the drinks not too badly priced either, £12-£15 for a bottle of wine aint that bad

After a flight from Dublin and a long walk around Hyde Park, we were ready for dinner and spotted The Swan. I had no trouble ordering the fish and chips, and this was excellent. But the order takers seemed perplexed by my wife's request for a gluten-free menu. Eventually, after a long errand to the kitchen, one of the servers... More

I had the best grilled salmon EVER At the Swan pub. You order the food at the bar, then it is brought to you table. The salmon was grilled perfectly and the accompanying spinach dish was surprisingly delicious as well. My husband had the fish and chips and it was the best of any other fish and chips. No reservation... More

But it was worse than that, the bar tender, must have had zero customer service training .. Awful.. We ordered peroni, but she had run out and had to go downstairs to get it.. Face like a busted sofa!! Like yours daf.. Then I ordered the merlot.. No, don't have it, but I have this for you, £5 more.. Do... More

we only took coffee and desert here but sat on the balcony overlooking the road and park at 10.00pm. All very nice but wouldn't want a full meal here.

Had a few drinks here after seeing it on Tripadvisor. It was a lovely sunny day so we sat outside on one of the benches. I would have like to have sat upstairs on the balcony overlooking the park because that is in the photograph i saw, unfortunately it was not open. Drinks were more expensive here than the other... Dropping in for a drink after a meeting I knocked my handbag over not realising I had lost my purse under the table. The following morning I was contacted at my hotel ( No 63 Bayswater Road) to be told they had found my purse.( It had over £600 in it as well as credit cards and personal details) I... More

Delicious food, albeit pricey (like most anything in London). I had the chicken and mushroom pot pie, my husband had the fish and chips. He said they were the best chips he had on our five day trip. Everything about the pot pie was fantastic. Service was great.

Stopped for lunch, my wife and I got pints and jacket potatoes. The staff had to work hard to find us to deliver the food despite their having seated us, but the good was good, the beer was great, and service fast and it was a great value and a great location. Nothing wrong with that! Reference a recent review,... More
