It was still very good, and the music and writing are of course fantastic, and very funny. But I think it was the way the children are directed that spoils it a little. Worth going to though, but wouldn't be my first choice.

We have seen numerous shows in London and this is up there with best. We went as a big group of adults and kids and were all very impressed and was a great night out

This is a brilliant show! I went to see it with my daughter for her 20th birthday treat and we were both absolutely amazed at how good this show is. Considering the relative youth of the majority of the cast, they were superb, particularly the girl who played Matilda (Carla Jenkins I think)- her enunciation was perfect - you could... More

Took a friend and our 5 year old daughters to see this show. We have stalls seats, just 8 rows from the front and it was fantastic! The children were mesmerised and concentrated throughout the whole performance. I am still being made to listen to the soundtrack 2 months later. There are some great catchy songs, which my daughters has... More

Enjoyed this show very much. It was cute and funny. Actors were great and singing was wonderful. The temperature in the theater was hot and made it uncomfortable but still had a good time

Okay, I had low expectations, with no idea how this movie could be a musical! We had such fun! The actors were outstanding, the props were excellent, the music, dancing and story were heartwarming! Truly a fun evening! We will see it again! Highly recommend!

Great music and cast in small theater. Still wondering about the technical delay. Read a review in NY and they had a similar occurance so I have to wonder if it is part of show. If you have children take them to this show, it is one for all ages

I felt it started off a little slow but by the end of it I was in absolute awe! Trunchbull was very funny, the little girl who played Matilda was brilliant and the stage was set perfectly. I was hoping to see more things flying around but being a stage show that expectation was probably a little too high anyway!... More

I took my three daughters to see this and I would have to say the 6 year old thought it was great but my 12 and 14 year old would have rathered something else. We have been to a lot of theatre and despite rave reviews and everyone saying it was great it almost seemed like one of those shows... More
