Me and my partner went to see Matilda back in September. We enjoyed every second and we certainly weren't the only adults there seen to be enjoying themselves. Production was very very good and every single child was a joy to watch. A fantastic musical!

One of the best shows I have ever seen. So funny. The stage set was amazing, the actors were so energetic and the humour was brilliant. Have to say my favourite was the male Latin dancer his performance was outstanding.

Absolutely incredible musical! The children were fantastic, the songs were very catchy and the lyrics amazing. The theatre was wonderful and themed brilliantly. I've seen a few West End musicals but this was definitely up there with the best!

We (me and my girlfriend, both in our 30s) saw Matilda last Friday evening. I have seen two musicals before - West Side Story and Phantom of the Opera, both on Broadway, NYC and figured that I'm not a fan of musicals... Matilda was different. Smart and witty and appealed to both adults and kids. Amazing performance from the adults... More

Matilda was the choice of my two twenty something daughters for our annual family theatre trip. Not my first choice but I was impressed by the production and the quality of the acting - some musicals are just music - Matilda was so much more. My big girls thoroughly enjoyed the visit so definitely one for the whole family but... More

It's my time to do a review while my fella is away offshore in Australia. My daughter and I have been looking forward to this show since we gave her the tickets for a Christmas present . After skegging the reviews and then seeing the show we were not disapointed it was excellent from start to finish , with plenty... More

I had heard great things about this performance and I have to say I was disappointed. The performance felt very dragged out and the songs were Unmemorable and hard to decipher. The set was great and choreography was good. The theatre itself was boiling hot and this was in January when it was freezing outside. To top it off a... More

I was privileged to get tickets to the production which was for Children in Need. I went with family members and the show certainly is aimed at all ages. The show was well crafted and followed the storyline from the film. It was a super production, very impressive overall and made me wish I was still into musical theatre and... More

We have put off going to this as we thought the other shows we saw would close before this. This is a wonderful simple show. Great cast, great music and the kids were amazing. You can tell that they school the kids well as every word of the show you can understand on what are very tongue twister songs. Forget... More

I took three generations of our family to see Matilda as a Christmas present. Everyone from the youngest 6 year old to the oldest in their 70s were absolutely enthralled by the show from beginning to end. The whole cast were amazing and put on a very polished and professional performance. The only downside was the cost of drinks etc.... More
