A wonderful tour with Jonnie last Saturday. Great communication leading up to the day and perfect directions. Loads of wonderful and unusual facts that I doubt you'd find on any other tour. I highly recommend you consider this tour if you're visiting London or even if you live there. We'll certainly be doing it again. :)

After reading the reviews from TA, I contacted Jonnie to set up a private 4 hr walking tour. Jonnies easy going personality fit exactly with what we were looking for. We like to use local guides so that we can learn some interesting tidbits from a local point of view. Jonnie was excellent. Jonnie was able to quickly adapt to... More

Anyone visiting London should seriously consider a tour with Jonnie. He is thorough and humorous and conducts a fun and wonderful tour at the right pace. He is flexible and accommodating to meet each customer's needs and comes to your location. He was right on time in meeting us at our hotel. We cannot recommend him strongly enough. He is... More

Jonnie was absolutlely the perfect person to show my son and I around London. From the initial conversations via email to spending a beautiful June day with Jonnie, I can not complement him enough. One thing that is great about a service like this is we can customize where we go and how long we stay at certain places, and/or... More

Even though Jonnie had to improvise our tour because of a subway labor strike, he managed to make it seem like he'd planned it that way all along. My 10 year old daughter and I got to see many interesting sites and learn many new things along a casual stroll through the city. It was the perfect way to start... More

This is the second walk we did with Jonnie and it was equally good as the first one. We met at Trafalgar Square on a sunny Saturday and from there, time flew by. Lots of little stories, mixed with facts and funny stories. After the walk we felt that these were the best 3 hours sight seeing ever.

Booked a private tour with Jonnie for my 2 teenagers, my mom, and myself. Not only was Jonnie charming, funny, and friendly...he is extremely knowledgable. We learned so much history, saw amazing sites, and were treated to little gems that only a true local would know about! Thanks Jonnie for a great morning... we will definitely be walking with you... My husband and I went on on of Jonnie's Sat afternoon walking tours around London, St Paul's to Monument. Despite only arriving in the UK earlier that morning and suffering a bit of jet lag, the tour was lovely, and took our minds off laxk of sleep and time change. Jonnie is quite knowledgeable. The tour is a mix of... More

Our family of five caught up with Jonnie last month for a private walk around the "royal and government areas". As everything was new to us I was very open with how we spent the morning but my one request was that my 13 year old son be engaged. From Jonnie's website site I really felt his laid back style... What a guide! Informal, informative and fun. It was very hot so we went at a calm pace and learned so much on the way. It was good to meet other people, so much nicer than trying to discover London on your own. Thought it might be awkward as there is no set fee, you just pay what you think... More
