From the get go Jonnie became a walking hive of knowledge about London's quirkier history. Though the weather was, well, English (damn cold) his anecdotes and delivery of interesting facts made the 3 hours fly by; if we weren't already booked we would have happily taken the afternoon tour as well. Best tour I've had! BTW I'm not his Dad.... More

My wife and myself booked for this walking tour a few days beforehand via the website. When we met up with our host Jonnie, we were greeted in a most friendly way. He also greeted the other members of the group as they arrived, and introduced us to each of them also. Our group was smallish, which was great as... More

Johnny give good walk and good talk. For a personal and under the skin of London experience spend some time on the Bowl of Chalk walks. Fascinating for local and stranger alike a truly personal guide to the greatest city on earth. Jonnie really knows how to catch your attention (and keep it) : whether you're into Street art (or... We have been looking for a walking tour that offers a different perspective on London and were certainly not disappointed. Jonnie - the living encyclopedia of curious facts and tales of the city - turned the Sunday morning tour into an entertaining, fun and very enjoyable walk off the beaten touristic paths.

Thank you Jonnie for sharing with us such a wonderful picture of the city of London. Not only were we blessed with beautiful weather but also felt we had definitely chosen the best possible way to get to know a city and through the eyes of someone who really enjoys and knows what he is doing. We highly recommend you... More

Jonnie is so much fun and filled with a ton of interesting London facts to share. My daughters and I spent a day with Jonnie in late March -- literally 7 hours of togetherness and we loved every minute. By the time we went our separate ways, we were not only filled with knowledge, but felt like we were saying... More

My boyfriend and I went on the Saturday morning tour from Trafalgar Square to St Pauls - Johnny had us captivated with his stories and genuine enthusiasm for London from the very start. Even though the route that we walked is one that we both know well, pretty much every fact and anecdote we were told was new to us!... More

My boyfriend and I just moved to Old Street and, as we didn't know the area that well, decided to join Jonnie's "My Neck of the Wood" tour to learn a few things. Well, we certainly learned a lot! The tour lasted 3h but didn't feel long at all. Instead, Jonnie's humour and many lively anecdotes made it incredibly fun... More
