BRILLIANT no other words to describe this fantastic show. I took my daughter to it for her first time (my fourth) It has never failed to impress. The cast were brilliant, the music and drama of the show were spellbinding. We had a slightly restricted view as our tickets were not the most expensive, however the music and voices were... More

Bought slightly cheaper tickets for this show and the view really was limited. About one third of the stage was invisible! Great songs etc but the poor view put a dampener on the experience.

This was my second time in the space of just over a year seeing this show and I didn't think it was possible but it was even better this time. This is an absolute must see for anyone who loves the theatre and even anyone who doesn't - my dance music aficionado other half said that it was the best... More

This has to be one of the best musicals I've seen. Its music and songs are so powerful and it has a good storyline too. I've seen it 5 times and have left the theatre each time with goosebumps and see many people in tears as they leave. Absolutely incredible!

A trip to the West End isn't complete without seeing the best musical on Shaftesbury Avenue. The Queens Theatre isn't the biggest but it houses the best! My advice is to go if you can, you won't be disappointed. Compared to some loyal theatregoers, my three times in the more than appreciative audience is small fry, but I'd go again....and... More

Saw Les Mis for the first time on Broadway in March and I was blown away. Since then I've been desperately wanting to see the show again. It was just as brilliant in London as it was in NYC if not better as I knew the story a little better. I think it was the under study Bradley Jaden who... More

After spending hours trawling the Internet for the best seats, at a sensible price, we went for the Stalls - S9 to S12. Not disappointed, great view and only the odd moment when you miss the very top. A must see musical, even if they aren't really your thing.

I first saw this show on a school French trip when I was still an adolescent. It was then on at the Barbican and I was mesmerised by it. Even though it was hardly much help with my French, it was a fast-paced romp, with catchy tunes and some amazing visual effects. I have seen Les Miserables since at the... More

Spectacular, 5 stars for the performance. Will definitely watch it again. Was lucky to get the tickets as it was almost sold out.

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
