I saw it last Friday (May 15th) this was my second time seeing it and in a smaller theater compared to 10 years ago and it was just as amazing. It is and will always be the best musical of all time. All the cast were brilliant but Javier stole the show. We sat in the stalls so the view... More

It's a close call, but I think so far this is the best musical I have seen! The actors are splendid and their singing is literally pitch perfect...seriously did not hear one bum note! The story is epic, and the theatre is divine! We were sat bang in the middle of the 3rd row from the front and had a... More

The first preview of Les Miserables at the Barbican Theatre in London in what seems a hundred years ago lasted close to five hours. It was so long that I got locked up in the basement car park for the night. The reviews when it opened there were luke-warm, but there was something about the show and its sheer human... More

I've been to a few shows and loved them all, but Les Mis is nothing short of sensational. If you only get to do one show in your life make it this one. Cast, music and story line are brilliant. I will be back to watch it again.

I have attended 6 performances in different theatres and have never been disappointed. I rate it as my most favourite musical.

Have seen this twice, and would still go again. We had seats on row 2, and I was unsure whether it would be too close, but it was absolutely amazing! We were able to see the actors' faces and expressions close up, even those of the crowd with no particular part. I really felt part of the performance. And when... More

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
