I have seen loads of musicals and this was by far the worst one. The staging was terrible, the storyline didnt flow and the acting was appalling. The only positive was that Stephen Rolley who was playing Drew had a good voice, oh and Franz was quite funny. Would not recommend this show and glad I didnt pay too much... More

We saw Rock of Ages in London twice and enjoyed it every time. You can let you hair down, sing, clap and I have not seen another performance have a complete standing ovation like this. The 'Narrator' is excellent and very very funny but so are the whole cast. This particular review is about the Rock of Ages Tour but... More

It's not one of my favourite musicals but the songs and humor will definitly make sure you have a great night out.

Went to Bristol Hippodrome to watch this. There was a technical failure earlier on but it recovered. Here comes the quandry: Watch the Film first or the Show? My answer to that is watch the show first or you may be disappointed. From early on, you could tell that a lot of the audience had come with the expectation of... More

My god Where has this show been hiding. Talk about hidden gems, this is the nest soundtrack of any show I have ever seen and I can tell you I have seen a few. The casting is superb, the quirky comments , and cheap jokes are fantastic. We were all dancing in the aisles , I turned and thought I... More

We had an amazing evening in Bristol with 'Rock of Ages'. We were at the final night, it was absolutely packed and the audience were great. Great songs, fun story and brilliant cast. Slight technical problem so they stopped the show early on, but it was built in to the script and didn't spoil the enjoyment one jot.

Just been to see this in Aylesbury last night and in a word "Brilliant". We had a fantastic evening although the audience took a while to warm up. I cannot fault this production in any way it was that good. There was a band playing all the backing tracks and they are also just amazing. There are one or two... More

Saw this at Birmingham Alexandra and it was the best night out I've had for ages. The whole cast were excellent, particularly the narrator, who took great delight in getting the others to "corpse" at every occasion. The music was familiar to all, and very well performed by a great backing band. The whole audience was up and dancing with... More

Just been to see the touring show in Birmingham and it was excellent. Very entertaining and talented cast especially Noel Sullivan but many of the others were on par with him. We had some oaps in our party and although they did not know the muisc they were thoroughly entertained. Well worth a visit.

My sister and I went to the matinee show on its last day, what a great show. I had been to London to see it in November but to be honest I enjoyed the edinburgh one more I think the crowd joined in more. The acting was first class with all the usual add on lines which makes it funnier.... More
