I was expecting a store as complete as maybe Milka World in Munich or the Ritter Sport Store in Berlin. I was so disappointed. Okay, so there was plenty of merchandise, but only three flavors of M&Ms to purchase: milk chocolate, peanut, and crispy. I was hoping that I could get some of the American flavors like mint or pretzel.... More

Very expensive and a complete tantrum maker. Stumbled on this shop by accident. It was 3 swelteringly hot floors of m&m gifts and sweets..2 cups £15..and families are starving. really will shop anywhere..

Four floors of M and M's merchandise. Personally I loved it but I'm 5 years old at heart!! Loved getting my picture taken with all the different M and M's. I visited early evening when it was quieter I think it may be a bit of a nightmare when very busy. The only disappointing thing was that you couldn't buy... More

M&M 's everywhere, some samples.... not every time!! It really is amazing what this store contains, it's worth a visit just to browse the merchandise!

It was cool to check out all the m&m merchandise all in one place but the prices for everything including the m&m's way way overpriced and unfortunately they don't have a good range of m&m varieties like they do in the Las Vegas store.

A wow and chin dropping showcase of M&M's everywhere! Heaven :-P I was like a chocolate museum. Worth a visit hit a few hours. We got carried away with filling our little bags of M&M's and was gobsmacked at the price asked from us at the till. I ended up giving three of our four small bags of M&M's back... More

Very interesting for kids. However not for adults who have to pay at the end. Typically this kind of stores are overpriced. it is a whole industry. It was overcrowded, but we liked it.

Visited here during a visit to London. It was massively overpriced and full of tat which seems to repeat itself throughout the store - who would pay £925 for a sculpture of M&M's? It's only redeeming feature is that you can fill your own bag of M&M's.Otherwise it's just a waste of time.

I'm not the biggest fan of overmarketing and this might be one of the best examples of overmarketing. I still liked this store. So much to see, a chocolate smell everywhere. Fortunately it was not too busy when we visited. Just go with the flow, it's worth a visit! =)
