The M&Ms looked happy, the staff didn't. Everything at over-the-top prices, huge bill for very little. The experience is not wonderful, the place is garish and offers very little of interest.

Such a lovely store! You don't even have to buy it just visit it like a museum it has all sorts of things to do and see free of charge!

Visited on a rainy day in August. It was absolutely packed and uncomfortable, full of people taking selfies in front of M&M characters who even my kids weren't impressed by. Lots of overpriced tat - who wants M&M earrings anyway?? The rainbow of colours in the pick and mix was impressive and we bought the kids a small bag each... More

A really good 'free' attraction right in the heart of theatreland. Though you obviously have to buy anything on sale, a wander around the unusual and interactive four level shop costs nothing, and is great fun with fantastic photo opportunities. Your trouble will be in resisting the urge to buy loads of delicious chocs and some really smashing 'memorabilia'.

The store is located near piccadilly circus and very crowded. It's a multistorey shop full of M&Ms products and souvenirs.. It's very interesting for both adults and kids and the prices are reasonable. Overall: it was a very nice experience and I recommend to visit it.

Took my son (11) to London for a few days and this is one of the places he wanted to visit. Wasn't sure what to expect but on a rainy day we popped in and he loved it. Four floors of brightness! Lots of big M&M statue characters to pose for photos with. Merchandise galore! Worth looking about as not... More

Went with my 7 year old at the weekend. We went in at 10am when it opened. Lots of large M&M characters to have photos with and just about everything M&M to purchase if you want to! I would recommend going early as when we walked past later in the afternoon, it was packed!

This place has absolutely everything an M&M fan could ever dream about. Although beware - it is not cheap. 100 grams of M&M's is £1.99 and the bags they provide will hold about 1000 grams if not more! Bizarrely open until very late, it provides a light bit of fun if you're in London although I wouldn't travel specifically to... More

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
