My son aged 9 loves this place and gives it five stars for M & M heaven but from my perspective it is expensive ! A bag of sweets for £12 that's not even that large - wow!! But heh my son loved it so that's worth the dosh!! Enjoy

I have been to all of the M&M stores in all of the countries they are featured. This is by far my favorite one. The display of the M&M characters were creative and the highlight of the trip. Yes, there is chocolate and chocolate and chocolate. But I spent the whole time taking pictures with the big M&M statues. Definitely... More

3 or so floors of M&M chocolates, toys, household goods etc. Great for kids but it can be very pricey for certain things. Really it's a nice shop to pop into whilst in central London before moving on elsewhere... and of course you have to take a pic on the red bus.

I visited with my 8 year old nephew. The initial reaction was WOW. The display's looked great & some are interactive which is a nice touch. However, after 3 floors of merchandise (they really have thought of everything from clothes & toys to general household items) branded with the m&m logo the novelty soon wore off. I purchased a mug... More

Nice to see but other than that its just a shop. Some things can be quite expensive for what they are but they also have some good deals

So I went due to what people have said about it as a highlight of visiting London..as walking in you notice the smell of chocolate, very nice, how ever it is very expensive for items and very crowded, worth a look in to gain your own opinion, there are some items that are lovely but lack of funds unfortunately

Dragged in by my 17-year old, and loved it! Staff were excellent - friendly and professional, and the whole place is set up really nicely.

The wife and I visited here one Sunday morning prior to christmas. We were there for opening and there was a large queue, well not a queue as such as it was an international crowd and we all know no one enjoys the etiquette of queuing quite as well as us British. I would describe this venue as an expensive... More
