This should be two reviews. Our 12 year old daughter loves this place. We think that it is terrible. Overpriced. Smells very bad. Overcrowded. Bad taste. Go there if you love M&M, otherwise - stay away.

Just like hamleys they no how to treat kids. My daughter loved it and so did we. It is expensive but when u think what u pay to take your kids for a day out it works out very cheap and you only have to spend what you can afford. Highly recommend for any family on holiday in London.

When you get close to the entrance the smell makes you crave for chocolate! And after you enter it's really M&Ms world! It even has a M&Ms factory! The merchandising is awsome, and we got crazy and brought a troley backpack for our baby and he loves it! If you go to London this is a must go!

We stumbled upon M&Ms World by chance and went inside intending to only stay a few minutes but we ended up being there for about an hour! I don't particularly like M&Ms but the displays are really engaging and it does feel like more of an experience than a shop (even though that's essentially what it is). T-shirts and other... More

Visited 18 March found it very busy. If you love m&ms then this is heaven. Personally I found it very overpriced 1.99 per 100g of sweets. If you want personalised sweets then it's 16.99 for a small cup. Great for a one-off pressie. They have t shirts, cups soft toys well just about everything you could think of with the M&m... More

We noticed plenty of yellow M&M bags in London and therefore decided to have a look around. I found this a huge tourist trap. Let's face it.....how can you build a descent tourist attraction based on the commercials made for your product. The result is sheer horror.....a huge overcrowded place where the only sell M&M merchandising at very expensive prices........ More

I was transported to a little child as I wanted to just run around the shop singing, arms outstretched, like a scene from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! Everyone had told me it was really expensive but I thought it was reasonable for the experience you get. There are rows and rows of colourful M&M's with different fillings and staff... More

We visited here as my friend's sons love M and Ms. I hated it. So expensive at almost £20 for an M and M shaped cushion and £10 for a tiny plastic container with some sweets in. You would have to really LOVE M and Ms to find this place worth a visit. There were some cute M and M... More

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
