A simply magical tour heartily recommended to every fellow muggle-born out there still waiting for their Hogwarts letter. Filming places, sources for Rowling's inspiration, history, housepoint gathering, laughing and exercise all included. Also, an excellent tour guide equipped with jokes, enthusiasm and a Gryffindor scarf. A good way to spend two hours, not rushed and chances for taking photos offered.... More

This tour was brilliant. I booked it as part of my sister's 30th Birthday celebrations and we loved every second. Our tour guide Nicholas was fantastic and luckily found my enthusiasm for Harry Potter amusing rather than annoying! A must for any HP fan in London.

Booked as a surprise for my partner's Birthday. Despite not being as much of a Harry Potter fan as my partner, I thoroughly enjoyed the Muggle Tour. Our guide, Nicholas Longbottom, was entertaining, engaging and knowledgeable (about London's history as well as Harry Potter)...with a good sense of humour. My partner, who is a bit of an HP geek, absolutely... More

The highlight of my wife's trip, I believe. This was an extremely enjoyable tour. Our tour guide was very interesting and charismatic. Her clearly actually loves Harry Potter. Got to see some places in London we wouldn't actually have seen otherwise and got to talk about places from both the books and films. I actually wish I had re-watched the... More

I absolutely loved this tour! My son (9) and I are huge fans! The tour was an extra thing we didn't plan on doing and far exceeded your expectations. You'll have to use your imagination a bit which is half the fun! Our Tour guide Nicholas Longbottom was charming and funny. He was very informative and it was obvious by... More

We were two big HP-fans that were looking very much forward to the tour after having read very positive comments here on TripAdvisor. The night before the tour, my boyfriend found out that I had accidently only booked for 1 person and not 2. It was too late to either change or cancel the booking, and we couldn't book another... Our family took and afternoon tour the day we arrived on a red-eye flight and I worried that we'd be too tired to enjoy it. But jet lag was no match for Greta Granger's infectious energy, enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of all things HP. We had a blast and the tour was a stand-out highlight of our London visit.

We had so much fun on this tour. Our guide, Scott, was great. He was very knowledgeable and full of fun facts. We are HUGE Harry Potter fans and this tour was one of the highlights of our trip. I would recommend it to anyone.

Staying in Southbank

Neighborhood Profile
Southbank
Big time attractions such as the London Eye and a thriving theatre scene (compliments of the National Theatre and the Young Vic) are but a few of the reasons that Southbank is such a collectively cherished part of town. With plenty of family friendly activities and venues lined up along a pedestrianized river bank between Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Bridge, visitors can always expect a casual and festive atmosphere. On top of all the fun stuff to do at Southbank is the opportunity to simply sit back and admire photo-op views of iconic landmarks like Parliament and St Paul's Cathedral, just on across the Thames.
