A great show and performance. A great way to spend an evening. If you like musicals then this is a great one to see while you're in London.

Our youngest granddaughter chose this show and she absolutely loved it. The production and sets were excellent and the singers had great voices BUT the songs must have been written that morning by someone with no talent and with a hangover. My granddaughter (15yrs old) who loved the show can remember some of the words to songs but can't remember... More

I absolutely loved wicked! For me this is the musical to beat. The best one I've seen. The storyline is absolute genius!! The music is out of this world and the acting is amazing!! The only slight criticism would be that I would have loved to have heard defying gravity all the way through without interruptions but they do break... More

We were really looking forward to the show having read reviews and paid £98 each for fantastic seats. The stage set and design is great, the story is good complimenting the wizard of oz. The actors work so hard but for us the show was just ok really...... No memorable songs, actually as I type this not a single tune... More

Brilliant show but don't buy tickets in circle unless your in the first three rows. We were in row R and it was too far. You should always be able to see the actors faces.

We were really looking forward to a London Theatre experience. But we forgot that these theatres are very old and do lack the modern conveniences that we take for granted in the US, such as adequate air conditioning and circulation, convenient and sufficient number of rest rooms (toilets) and a proper sound system. The crowd did not dress up at... More

I have seen Wicked 4 times now, and have to say it is definitely one of my favourite musicals. The costumes, the sets and the music itself is amazing. The current two leading ladies (Emma Hatton, and Savannah Stevenson) are phenomenal. Both of their contracts have been extended another year, so if you want to see the musical I would... More

Wicked was everything you'd want a big name musical theater experience in London to be. Vocals, acting, venue -- all wonderful. The two female leads were particularly extraordinary. Both the seasoned and the novice theater goer (including children and even unwilling adults) will absolutely love this performance experience. I recommend making reservations at Il Posto, the small Italian restaurant across... More

To date Wicked is one of the best shows I have ever seen. It's simply fabulous. The set, costumes, choreography, actors, singing, music is all top quality - and myself, my friend and our young girls were mesmerised and carried along in this very clever prelude to the Wizard of Oz. Lots of hidden messages and lessons to be learned... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
