Captivated at 6 years old!

Both our children, aged 6 and 11 loved this show - as did we. From the trip to London they both agree this show was their highlight. They thought it was funny and are now... read more

WIcked, is Wicked, ive seen it with the original UK cast (Kerry Ellis) and was blown away about 6 years ago, i returned to see it on the 15th of April, and was left frustrated. The vocals were so difficult to make out, and the higher register sounded so fuzzy. Poor Sound Production, and i think the actress who played... More

Both our children, aged 6 and 11 loved this show - as did we. From the trip to London they both agree this show was their highlight. They thought it was funny and are now repeating lines from 'Garlida'. Singing was excellent - particularly the witch but everyone was fantastic in the show. A wonderful afternoon - and in total... We took our daughters to see this show and all ended up loving it! It Puts a new spin on the story of the Wizard of Oz. The songs are catchy, humour thrown in too and Elphaba and Glinda were fantastic. Our seats in the stall were perfect and for a first West End musical for our two it was... More

Overall this musical is well worth going to see, full of humour as well as good songs, the artists have really good voices. Only downside was that in the second half some of the songs really dragged on forever. The upside is that it is held in a beautiful art deco theatre. Take a few minutes going in and out... More

The wizard of Oz with a whole new perspective. Visually attractive but the music was not catchy or memorable. Garrrlinda stole the show, she was very funny.

Got tickets to this show as a Christmas present. We were sitting in row H which was excellent. I didn't know much about the show before seeing it apart from the fact it was set before the wizard of oz, and i love the song Defying Gravity. What an amazing show! The 2 leads Elphaba and Glinda had unbelievable voices,... More

We were sitting in row ZC in the stalls and the view was surprisingly good. Elphaba and Glinda both had lovely voices and Defying Gravity was probably the best part! The songs were all well written and performed amazingly and went along with a great orchestra! The storyline is great and all ages would probably enjoy it. Although make sure... More

Grabbed tickets for the show the day before and scored great seats. This is a show for all ages, even those who don't like musicals should get a kick out of this one. The cast is exceptional, talented, energetic and utterly believable. Don't forget to take a close look at the Apollo Theatre. This theatre adds so much to the... More

A fabulous show that I could easily go and see again. I bought the tickets of their website at around £60 each and the seats were not too bad. I would recommend that you need to know the story of the Wizard of Oz, as it could be confusing otherwise. The audience were very loud the night I went but... More

Fantastic Musical - better than I anticipated and I was excited having read reviews! Great voice Elphaba (Emma Hatton) Sophie Linder-Lee played Glinda at the matinee - very well put together and the Orchestra too - well done to all cast and production team

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
