Many years ago I went to the Troc and it was amazing. Went back this weekend - a sad pathetic place, run down, cheap shops plus a 'gentleman's club' . All the fun is gone. Stay away from this place

Many years ago the Trocadero was amazing. You could spend hours there, but it has changed. It is a shame that they have not closed this place. It is hard to find the game hall, but if you take the escalator, next to a theater ticket shop, you will arrive to a sad, sad place. It is dirty, nothing seems... More

The website is completely misleading. It shows everything being bright and colourful with families looking happy and having fun. I thought it would be exactly like that... How wrong was I!? As you walk in, you see all of these tacky shops selling shisha and phone cases. Once you walk into the main atrium, you just see a couple retro... More

Came as a boy as it was fantastic. Brought my kids here to let off some neon steam but everything was barriered and closed after the initial entrance hall of tatty shops selling rubbish apart from the manga shop. Please just avoid, if you've been in it's hayday remember it as it was. Gutted.

Its a terrible place now.. neglected, fitly and a shambles........ Falling apart & run down.. what tourist or family would want to visit here now......? Awful But It wasn't always like this........ I worked here many years ago (27 to be precise!) and it was a very different place... It was alive with shops & Exhibitions.. It had space and... More

What a shame this place is so run down now. Steer well clear. Only place worth a look is the 5d cinema. Quite pricey but a good spot of fun.

I came here in January 2014 and have no idea how this place is still open! After looking at the website for Trocadero I expected to have an amazing day out- woah absolutely not. The escalators, most shops, bowling, HMV and half of the arcade was closed down. This meant there were a very limited array of things to do.... More

It definitely doesn't live up to its name! There are empty shops, really bad arcades, tacky stalls which sell phone cases and all that rubbish among a few other things. It really was not what i expected when i went in! I wouldn't bother going again - we later came across an arcade along the Southbank near the aquarium and... More

It was my first trip to trocadero not that long ago I was hopeful as it looked good from the outside. Walking in, it looked nice, but as you get to the middle you see the actual place. It's not amazingly flattering but it has some shops that are alright. Overall there isn't much in there. It has so much... More

This is one of the worst places to go in London. This has got to be some of the most prime real estate in London & the space is given up to tacky amusements & shops. Noisy, run down, with lots of moody looking youths loitering around. Avoid!!
