“Very poor customer service.”

I bought a pair of earings here over the Christmas period 2012, and when I tried to exchange these, the staff were extremely unhelpful and refused point blank to cooperate, I would avoid this shop like the plague if I were you.

I once bought a necklace at this very small shop - it broke and they wouldn't refund or replace! There are much better selections of amber jewellery elsewhere with better customer service!
