What a useless time! I'm living in London at the moment and me and my boyfriend thought it would be fun to have a 'tourist day' and check out this attraction. Luckily we did the 2 for 1 offer and only paid around £10 each - if we'd paid the full price I would have asked for a refund! The... more

Just awful-paid 17 pounds for this and it was such a waste of money.I was nervous at the very beginning at how scared I was going to be,I do not do fear well-after the first actor we encountered I knew I would be fine the whole way round. It appears the way to scare people here is TO SHOUT A FEW... more

This is a good tourist attraction. We went on a Wednesday afternoon as part of a 2 for 1 deal from National Express coaches. The museum is very busy and there is a lot to see. At first I thought it would be just a regular horror type museum where you walk around and look at scary stuff but actually... more

Seriously, dont waste your cash. You get carted around from room to room, no time to read anything - put in a maze of mirrors where you think there is a way out but as it turns out they shut you in so you can never get out until they let you out, its not scary at all. The only... more

Friend recommend us this attraction, and I must say, I didn't like it at all. We spend more than one hour in a queue, and than another hour and half in this program, which was like on a track. Group before us ends, and we go... more

Really enjoyed the london dungeons! Actors were really good and made it all come to life! Rides were slightly disappointing but didn't really go there for them. The whole thing lasted about 2 hours and it is slightly overpriced at just over £20.00 per person but when you travel by train you can print two for one vouchers which makes... more

Believe all the reviews about how bad this is, 'cos it really is awful. Even a tiny bit more effort on their behalf could improve it no end. Worse tourist attraction in London. Don't waste your money. more

Was terribly disappointed by our visit to the Dungeon. Thought it would be an interesting and scary tour of what it would have been like back in the day. Instead we were herded through from room to room in a massive group and shown various scenarios acted out by people relating to crimes such as Jack the Ripper and Sweeney... more

Rip-off Britain still lives. Lowest-common denominator tourism at its worst. Don't mind a lengthy queue if its worth it. The 'scary' rides/acting were embarassing. A shame really, as the idea could actually be both entertaining and quite interesting. A waste of money, even with a 2-for-the-price-of-one ticket. more

I researched deals on the internet before my break in London and I had never been to Tussauds and the Big Ticket made us make a day of the two. I have been to Edinburgh, York and London now and I thought that London could have been better. This was my partner's first time in the dungeon. At the start... more
