I have read some of the other reviews and can only agree with various points. The attraction is overpriced, however I used a discount voucher which made the adult price more exceptable at £15. The actors are excellent and as I have been before I can say that they retain an enthusiasm which I could not manage with the constant... more

Very disappointing overall, enthusiastic staff let down by very shabby surroundings. The scare factor is around 5/10 though it is also vaguely informative. You learn about the plagues, fires and famous criminals of the past but all in all I wouldnt say its a must see. Very expensive for what you actually got. Saw the Maharajah Exhibition at the V&A... more

First I would like to say that the website for London Dongeon stated it was kid ffriendly. I completely disagree. I did not find it appropriate for children. We left early with two very upset kids. Second I myself have been to Haunted houses that were set up temporarly for Halloweeen that were much better done with better effects. I... more

We arrived early and we where told the queue was about 1 hour long - three hours later we finally got in but we felt we were being rushed through I suspect so they could get the whole queue in before closing time. We had to ask to leave early after half an hour as we had to catch our... more

My husband and I were in London for part of our honeymoon and made the mistake of going to this ridiculous tourist trap. We spent nearly $80 USD for what can only be described as a glorified haunted house. There is one difference though. This place was neither scary or fun. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WHEN THERE... more

My fiancee and I love haunted houses, and although the London Dungeon isn't quite a haunted house, it still was a lot of fun. We had just flown into London from the US west coast, so we had not slept in more than 24 hours but we chose to stay up to avoid jet lag and this was the first... more

We went for a day out for my sisters 14th birthday, my partner and I went, along with our 4 year old son. *** I would NOT recommend this attraction for young children *** Whilst it was very good, the actors were great and there was a good amount of interaction, our son was quite scared in places and was... more

Went there with my family. What a disappointment…. We expected a thrilling horror show, instead this was flat, boring, based only on talks and with no action. We were moved from one room to another, being entertained by very long monologues performed by actors with a non scary make up. The worst was “Jack the ripper experience”, placed in a... more

Really enjoyed this attraction last week (last week of school hols) Prebooked on line & saved £30 (for 2A & 4C) for fast track tickets. We went straight in depsite being advised we might have to wait. The actors in costume were excellent, the wax bodies a bit tame but the story teling was great. You have about 5 different... more
