In Topshop I can always find something that looks expensive but it is not. The prices are quite fair the many items are great opportunities.

I booked the Oxford Street Personal Shopper service as a Christmas present for my daughter without really having too much expectation as to what would happen. It seemed to me to be a slightly weird concept that you book a service and there is no cost for it, however, that is the case! On arrival we were offered complimentary refreshments... More

After spending £340 on 2 leather biker jackets for my younger daughter's birthday and the other for my elder daughter's Xmas gift, I decided to order some further Christmas items for my daughter and grand daughter. However, after receiving a text 5 days later to say my parcel was with the courier and would be delivered that day, I waited... More

Went into Topshop on Sat 17/10 and can only describe the service as uninterested and frankly awful. The sales assistants were chatting but not paying attention to their customers-must try harder if you are to retain the people who pay their wages!

Top Shop may be great for the youth of today but not so great for mums shopping with their teen age daughters!! My daughter was trying on an item of clothing and wanted my opinion but I was refused entry into the changing rooms....and none too politely!!! I was embarrassed, felt like a criminal, humiliated and very, very old! I've... More

This is THE Topshop- where they stock everything, it is huge and well worth a visit. The staff are very helpful and there are lots of them, they will cheerfully check the stockroom for you. The main range is stocked here together with the harder to find ranges such as Unique and Boutique. You can also browse vintage items and... More

If you're looking for clothes for an occasion then you're guaranteed to find them in this Topshop, I was shocked at how massive it was, there was even little stalls selling cupcakes and bubble tea!! You'd expect such a busy shop to be untidy but surprisingly it was very clean and tidy so clearly the staff check regularly that everything... More

am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from Topshop. I purchased a dress online for £60, however I had paper vouchers which could not be used online. I contacted customer service about this and after being unhelpful and ignoring my emails they recommended I take the dress into a store for a refund, then buy it back with... More

Maybe it's because I'm getting older or maybe it's because of the current fashion trends, but TopShop was a huge let down! The store is massive with several floors of clothes, shoes and accessories. It was messy and chaotic, and I didn't feel inspired at all. It's just like the air went out of the balloon. The previously footforward fashion... More

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
