I'm Not Sure What Even Just Happened To Me

A dazzling array of things I want that I don't want to pay 70 quid for? Bummer. Great for haircut watching tho!

am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from Topshop. I purchased a dress online for £60, however I had paper vouchers which could not be used online. I contacted customer service about this and after being unhelpful and ignoring my emails they recommended I take the dress into a store for a refund, then buy it back with... More

Maybe it's because I'm getting older or maybe it's because of the current fashion trends, but TopShop was a huge let down! The store is massive with several floors of clothes, shoes and accessories. It was messy and chaotic, and I didn't feel inspired at all. It's just like the air went out of the balloon. The previously footforward fashion... More

It is a huge shop with many famous brands, apart from Topshop. In particular, there is a big variety of accessories and bags. There is also a new department with Topshop cosmetics. It is like a candyshop for a woman. If you are interested in sales, there are always some items on sale.

Booked this as a birthday present for my daughter. Our PS Holly was excellent. From the description my daughter gave on her email she had selected clothing, bags, shoes etc., and it was spot on. My only criticism was the initial booking. They haven't quite got their admin right - long story but we couldn't have Oxford Circus and we... More

I like checking out the clothes at Topshop to see what the current fashion is. The biggest shop is at Oxford Circus. There are 2 floors filled with trendy clothes for men and women. The prices are higher than Warehouse though, another one of my favorites.

After only 5 months wearing a coat I have bought in Topshop both sleeves are full of fuzzballs. As you can just return or replace clothes within 6 months after purchase I went to store to see what they could do. NOTHING. I have been told that the problem is not the bad quality of the product but my bag... More

A truly horrendous experience where I attempted to return a faulty item and was refused when the shirt was claimed to not have a manufacturing error; the stitching on the buttons was falling out after a week of purchase. They also claimed the item was dirty, a sales associate took the shirt for 10 minutes to show a manager and... More

I LOVE TOPSHOP! It is my favourite shop ever, they have so any different styles of clothes and accessories and also it is not expensive. They have a massive range of clothing ranging from prom dresses to socks and tshirts. The staff are friendly and will always check for other sizes for you. Also the online delivery is great since... My daughter was employed at Topshop in Leeds before Christmas with all sorts of promises of loyalty. She worked diligently, refusing nothing, including an all day and night shift which ended early in the morning before the buses began to run and got a taxi home costing £20. Then as soon as the sales had finished so was she! Happy... More

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
