I wanted to thank you for the fantastic pirate fun day yesterday. It was truly by far the most fun activity our family has done in any museum (we’ve done lots). We learnt so much in such an inspiring environment, and stayed for most of the day as my children didn’t want to leave! Stinky Pete’s storytelling was absolutely excellent.... more

I was pleased to see the Golden Hinde, but didn't bother to buy a ticket at the shop. You can see onto the ship very easily as it is docked right next to the shore. I would have loved it if there had been a guide to tell me about the ship. I was there July 2001. Guess it hasn't... more

You have to buy the entrance ticket from a shop opposite the ship. Then, it is everything on you're own. When I went, there was no one to ask for further assistence and/or information. You just open the rope that was closing the staircase and get in,. with a set of paper as the only information regarding the items on... more
