The market across the bridge has disappeared looks like it is being re developed. Such a shame. Better facilities for eating- big seating area is a welcome addition. As always a great place to visit. Only drawback was the awful Starbucks by the lock.Terrible attitude by the staff there mostly fuelled by the stroppy manager winding them all up. Will... More

This area of Camden is well worth a visit! The street food smells get your tastebuds going - you will find Ethiopian and Peruvian food, just to name two. The little stalls sell absolutely everything and it is all situated right beside the canal and picturesque Camden Lock. Just brilliant.

We were visiting Camden Market on our last vacation day that was Saturday. We were amazed by the wide variety of market stands - cloths, art, music, food and much more. We strolled around for about 3 hours - and didn't see there everything... The food market is full of food stands from all over the world. Wonderful place for... More

I like the market but it really has been overrated over the last few years and now it is just a place for people to feel hipster and unique. I love the food though it's one of the best parts but I don't like shopping here too much. It's still a tourist must go because the first time I went... More

I love canals, but to have a vibrant shopping area nearby is a bonus. Whilst not everybody's cup of tea it is eclectic and so British. It always has an atmosphere, even when quieter and the shops are heavy with whacky decoration. There is a brilliant fish and chip chop, highly recommended across London and well worth a sit down... What a gem! We decided to do something different in London and I truly think this was one of my best ever days out in the city - and I'm no spring chicken! Look for the signpost at the rear of Paddington Station and stroll the canal path. Catch the canal ferry from Little Venice (£8 for 50 mins), relish... More

A must in London don't be fooled by the crowd crushed main street. You need to get lost in the back streets. That's where the true market is. My family and I wanted to turn around after catching a glimpse at the main road. But we decided to walk down an alley way and spent the rest of the day... More
