The park is very beautiful and is home to many animals from all continents. The zoo is easily accessible by public transport, there are several bus stops. The subway is within walking distance. It's a pretty big zoo, you can visit walking without problems but comfortable shoes because you just pretty tired. It has lots of variety of animals It... More

It was fun! Although lions looked sad, bored and tired :( apart from that, it was a beautiful adventure!

Our 2nd visit in two years we came hoping to see the Tiger Cubs, but they were sadly elusive hiding behind the bushes. We did see Jay Jay the male tiger though as well as the Gorillas, Penguins and explored the section through the tunnel which we didn't have time to do last year. London Zoo is so big you... More

This was the first Zoo that I visited whereby the animals were alive and not asleep. The place is spotless! The attractions are great - the staff is very helpful and the restaurant has food which is TO DIE FOR!

I recently went here with my partner whilst in London. We strolled to the zoo through Regents Park which was lovely. The website for the zoo has some really handy information about travelling there with lots of public transport advice if you don't fancy the walk. When we arrived we did speculate whether the price was a little steep but... More

We came here today and I absolutely loved it. There was so much to see and I enjoyed every moment of the visit. I was especially excited to see the penguins and loved 'Penguin beach. ' We were able to get right up to the glass throughout the talk and a few of the penguins sat there the whole time... More

we had a lovely day at London zoo we ate in the restaurant ,while there was lots of choices the value for money and the quality of the food was poor. The fish and chips were really expensive and the fish was an unappetising grey colour we also sampled the smoked salmon bagel which tasted stale the only saving grace... More

As a surprise for me, my wife arranged for me to feed the Lions, it was quite a spectacular occasion, being less than two feet away from a Lioness is quite something! It's been 20 years since I last visited the Zoo and I was pleasantly surprised, it is still an excellent value day out, we spent six and a... More

Disappointed in that the zoo is looking its age but our children enjoyed seeing the animals. Butterflies were a hit along with the Tigers, Cheetahs, Penguins and play area. Aquarium and Reptile houses particularly need updating.
