Take a day of this summer and visit the zoo. You can spend all day here if you like since there is plenty of things to see and like always you have small shows to watch. Althoug this is a tourist attraction so keep in mind that even water will cost you a minor fortune if you need a few... More

Couldn't believe they had sooo many animals. Staff were at hand everywhere. Take your own bottles of water inside its £1.70. Food is reasonably priced, although next time il take sandwiches. Parking outside the zoo cost us £8 for around 6 hrs. Taking the train will be cheaper as with National Rail you can claim 2 for 1. Price at... More

spent the whole day at the zoo. Lots to see and nicely set out. Plenty of resting places. I went on a day when it was specially for disabled children, there was lots for them to do and it was great to see how much everybody was enjoying themselves. Easy access for wheelchair users. Lots of characters about for children... More

Hadn't visited since 1994 and was amazed that it seems to have shrunk! Yet at £27 per adult entry would have hoped for more. Very limited big animals, no elephants, full size hippos, rhinos or lions. In one way pleased that they are hopefully having more space at Whipsnade but felt the zoo experience is half hearted. Yet gift shops... More

If you can get hold of 2 for 1 offer to get in to London Zoo, it's really worth while visiting. There is so much to see and it's fascinating to see these animals at London Zoo. The Penguins was the best, really funny seeing them trying to have food and then you see one of them just chillaxing on... More

Decided that we would spend a small fortune and take all of our granddaughters to the famous London Zoo, I remember going there as a child and how impressed I was with the huge and rare animals, I mean it's not often you get to see an elephant is it! Well you won't, don't expect to see elephants, there aren't... More

I have been a member of London Zoo for twenty years, since before my first child was born. Every single time I visit ,and I do frequently, it is a different exiting experience. First ,the location...unlike many city zoos London Zoo is smack in the middle of one of the worlds most beautiful inner city parks... A vast colourful feast... More

With the voluntary charity donation and guide book, it cost my husband and I £60 to enter the zoo. At first I thought this was quite a lot, but there is plenty to see so we left feeling like we had got great value for our money. There is so much to see here! Our favourites where the gorillas and... More

We visited on Sunday 10th May on what was a gloriously warm and sunny spring day. We gave ourselves 4 hours for our visit and it was nowhere near enough time, people who say they've done it all in 1.5 hours can't have stopped to look at anything at all. The enclosures, grounds and facilities are very clean and well... More
