My partner and I used the 2-1 vouchers with train tickets and so glad we did because it definitely wouldn't of been worth the full price! On arrival it took about 15 minutes queuing to get in which wasn't too bad. When walking around we noticed the zoo actually had quite big spaces with very few animals - in many... More

Even after concession I paid over £20 for entry (without "donation"), though they had the nerve to initially include a "donation", which I had to ask them to remove. It is a bit like going to Gordon Ramsey's and, when paying a hefty bill, being asked for a donation too. Then at nearly every corner one bumps into shops, stalls... More

Very expensive zoo, we paid 26£ Per person, for a very Poor exxperience. Few animals in such small spaces, most of them unclean. The smell was unbearable in some areas. Definetly not going again.

Don't waste your money (and you will waste a lot of it) going to this zoo, it is disgraceful. I first went here in 1983 and it was good, a wide variety if animals and it was fun and interesting. I went with my husband recently and the zoo has NOT changed one bit in 31 years !!!! No improvements,... More

We went here as a birthday outing for my son. Luckily we had vouchers for entry to the zoo as the entry fee was very expensive. The zoo is ok and the animals are very well looked after. The shop was reasonable and the food and drink were as expected from a London attraction, quite reasonable actually :) It wasn't... More

As a party of 4 adults, we had a great day out at ZSL London Zoo earlier this week. The place is much changed since my last visit (about 20 years ago) and definitely for the better. The layout is much better with everything being much more accessible and enjoyable. Great for kids and adults alike. We ended up spending... More

We went in the school holiday. Arrived by train at Regents Park and quite a long walk for a 6 year old to the zoo entrance. Then we had to queue for an hour, there is an express ticket you can buy on-line but it is more expensive. With our train ticket we had 'buy one get one free' which... More

Hadn't been to London Zoo for many years so was very much looking forward to visiting again with my family. Didn't like being stopped by 2 members of staff, who as it transpired, wanted to take a photo of us. The cost to visit is expensive. The staff member who issued me with tickets clearly did not want to be... More

The way he was seated in a corner of his enclosure, in the only spot that faced away from the public, his hands over his bowed head, brooding, as hundreds of people were trying to catch a glimpse of him, it was really, really sad to look at. I wouldn't visit again, I cannot bear to see primates housed this... More
