When you already saw many Wax Museums they become repetitive. But this is a really nice one, particularly if you did not visit many other ones yet. Almost all the very known people, from science, film industry, sports, or even jet set are represented there. You can take funny pictures with some of your idols.

Yes, it is too crowded, but they sort of make up for it with the special exhibits, even if those are more expensive than they needed to be. The last time I went, I was a bit disappointed with the number of characters - there seemed to be fewer than the previous time I'd been there. Even so, everybody should... More

Expensive entrance fee and long queues but if you have a Merlin pass it makes it better value and a shorter queue. Teens love taking photos with their idols, my 8year old however seemed a little bewildered by the experience, however he did enjoy the superheroes and sports personality section.

My children were keen to visit Madame Tussauds as was I so we pre booked for a recent visit to London on 29/07/15. The queue alone to get in took around 45mins before we finally got in. Once inside a few of the main waxworks had systems in place to allow photos to be take but on the whole it... More

There was a long line, as expected, to gain entrance to Madame Tussauds. We had purchased a two event ticket for this attraction and the London Eye for £40 per adult. It was really crowded inside and everyone was wanting to be photographed with their favourite film star in the first room. I must say that I didn't recognize many... More

I took my 11 year old to this attraction for a birthday treat. I have taken my older children when they were younger many years ago so was looking forward to going this time round. Some of the waxwork models my daughter didnt recognise. She enjoyed seeing Katnis. This year they added superheroes and a Star Wars section. The highlight... More

The line to get in is enormous. I went at 11 and wanted to get in but the person said it would take approximately 4 hours to get in so I went and ate lunch and walked around until 4 and the person said the wait is 1-2 hours so I waited. It took about an hour to get completely... More

Kids were very excited and rightfully so. We bought Vip access to avoid lines and that turned out to be the smartest thing we had done in this trip. Experience was great, all we expected and more. You just need to be prepared for your kids begging to go again!

So we swapped some Tesco vouchers for Madame Tussauds tickets, primarily because a group of friends and I wanted to take our 8 year olds to see the Star Wars exhibit. Ok so it was really Clare and I that wanted to go! Big kids that we are! Read on the Tesco site that the vouchers covered the admission to... More

Fun time but it can get crowded. Traveled with a 14 year old and she had a great time "meeting" everyone and getting photos with them. Good for families if the children know who might be included. The 4D experience is fun as well.
