Absolute superb visit but the queuing system let it down. We have Merlin passes and at every other Merlin attraction it speeds entry up- not here. You have to queue with people who are collecting tickets and 45 minutes later we were finally inside. Official photos were reasonable - daughter loved 1D

As I read all the reviews I have to agree with many of them: the place is over crowded, just too many people for such a small place. However, after the long wait the museum is fun to visit, very unique compared to the regular types of museums where everything is historic or old. Mandatory to visit if you have children... More

Hi everyone, well, since my last visit and review here I made sure I took up some of the great tips of Trip Advisor reviewers! We booked this attraction for the 3.30pm slot- far better timing as we only queued 15minutes to collect our pre-booked tickets and enter. Great timing especially for the middle of August and school holidays. At... More

Back in the 80ies, mme Tussauds used to have lots more vax dolls than now, at least that is what i remember. It is fun taking a young kid there who has never seen celebrity dolls before, but as said, coming back here ever 20 year or so is actually enough... Buy your tickets vouchers online and show up just... More

I wanted to go to Madame Tussaud's to see what the fuss was about, once I saw a few wax sculptures the hype was all over. Needs to be a bit bigger as it's felt a little congested.

We went there on a sunday, which definitely was a wrong decision. Long queues (even though we had priority tickets) though they are pretty fast moving. Inside was quite cluttered up. Difficult to click photos because of crowd. Good collection of the top artists. Not much impressed with the wax figurines of Bollywood actors.

We have visited on a few occasions - but our last visit was slightly different as I had a broken ankle so mobility was limited. I didn't book a wheelchair in advance - they only allow a few in building at a time and having previously visited I knew would be difficult in a wheelchair so I opted to hobble... More

Was disappointed with my visit due to the sheer number of people in the building. Found people to be very rude and physically pushing people out of the way to get photos with the exhibits. The wax figures themselves were very realistic. Would not return for a second visit though.
