A good attraction to get a picture with your heroes without having to travel half way around the world however, during peek periods it is almost impossible to move around and can become a very claustrophobic atmosphere so, worth avoiding during peek times during holidays! Although staff were very helpful, some were not prepared to deal with the large quantities... More

Not happy to wait 3hrs in the queue with my children and my 5 yr old desperate for the loo. A wasted journey, a waste of money and a waste of our very valuable family time. I never write a bad review but we were all so disappointed! :(

I booked this as a birthday treat for my partner as he loves Star Wars. We pre-booked tickets so didn't need to queue at all. The initial room was busy but we still managed to get pictures with our favourites. Things got quieter as we went along. I had my four year old with me so bypassed the Scream exhibit... More

We all had a great day, we were a mixed party of ages from 15 to 52. It much better than expected. It was a little busier than I thought but most people were considerate in waiting for other people to take photos. All in all I would recomend it for all ages.

Visited Madame Tussauds as part of City Tour organised by Star Tours. We went through the entrance for the groups and did not have to wait too long. Bollywood section was packed since a huge crowd of Indian tourists was inside. Though fail to understand why young Amitabh was represented there. The Hollywood celebrities were more life like than the... More

We bought tickets at the counter and were given prompt entry. We reached the place by 16:00 and were ushered in almost immediately. Initially we thought whether we would be able to complete the huge museum in a time span of 2.5 - 3 hours. The bes t part of this place was the 3D ride at the end. It... More

Family of four - one special needs child who uses a wheel chair. I have to say the staff are amazing here! ! Nothing but helping us out! They went well above all of duty. When you first arrive they call for a member of staff who explains the protocol for those in wheelchairs. There was a set rout that... More

We went here on the Bank holiday Sunday and booked on line with printed tickets at home and walked straight in. No queues. It was quite busy but don't bother queuing for the figures to have your photo moment as everyone just pushes in. You've got to do the same. Best bits?? Some of the figures, the Marvel 4D show... Booked a two attraction ticket "deal" at the London Dungeons as part of a birthday weekend for my son. Unfortunately nobody told us when we booked the Madame Tussaud's tickets that they didn't include the Star Wars exhibition, for which they charged an additional supplement of £3 each. Despite having bought tickets, we had to queue for ages to get... More
