As a family we loved visiting Madame Tussauds. There is something for everyone the staff were helpful and informative and the little ride through the history of london and the cinema experience at the end were unexpected bonuses.

The first wax museum. Lots of characters. Nice ride inside & 3d movie. Really had fun. Wasn't very crowded, got in easy. Lots of London Souvenir shops around as well. Big Bus Stop right there.

We ordered our tickets from home and picked them up at the Londoneye. And thank god. Because there was so many people in line when we came. We waited for about 10 min. I'm sure the people without tickets would have to wait for an hour or more. I was quite disappointed in the scary part. Because they said they... More

Went here with 3 friends yesterday. We didn't have to queue which was a bonus and we had a bogof which made it£15 each. We all really enjoyed it. Most of the waxworks were brilliant although Barack Obama was rubbish!!! Loved the ride and 4d show at the end. Scream was just the right amount of scary too. Would definitely... More

My children loved the place. I enjoyed seeing people take funny pictures with the figures. My kids enjoyed the 3D movie and the ride at the end of the tour.

I went to Madame Tussaud's recently and was not impressed. queues are enormous, and inside it is so cramped one can barely breathe. There is barely any system of crowd control so inside its mayhem. The wax sculptures are fun for the first 5 minutes but the novelty wears off quickly. Should you wish to go, I advise you to... More

Great being able to be photographed with the celebrities! Enjoyed reading all about Madame Tussaud. The taxi ride at the end was also good and informative. The staff were always willin to take photos for you.

Arrived at 8.30am for 9am opening with prepaid tickets. Sadly, their organisation was dreadfully poor, with not only them not opening until 9.30am with no reason why, but then only having 2 till open and making those who have prepaid queue with those waiting to buy on the door - again, the staff could not explain why this was, but... I would advise you to book online as it does work out a little cheaper. This is a famous attraction and the last time I went here it was over 30 years ago it has changed and I was very impressed with the reality of most of the wax works. The chamber of horrors was a disappointment they seem to... More
