I was expecting a long wait to get in, but I got in almost immediately. The longer wait was for groups only. Very welcoming people are working there. I was wondering if I should pay the extra 3 £ for the Star Wars experience, but now I am happy to have done it. The 4D you get to see before... More

overall Madame Tussaud's exhibition itself is entertaining and good. However despite my american guests already buying tickets in advance...... We still had to queue up outside for ages...... Then, when you get inside the main entrance and you're all excited that you are through the entrance it's a big let down as there is a sign saying that it's another... More

I thought it was a waste of good money compared to what London has to offer..the lines were huge, thankfully we were escorted in earlier..things i didnt appreciate : 1-Some of the staff were rather rude, especially the girl inside the 4d show, some were helpful but they were minority.I think they fail to remember that its the exorbitant cost of the ticket... We managed to get 2 for 1 vouchers because we travelled to London by train. Even without the discount, it is worth the money because it has so many aspects to it. There are the waxworks, but there is also the Chamber of Horrors and then the amazing ride in the taxis through the history of london. I went with... More

Visited Madame Tussauds in January, and although there were many people inside, it was probably nowhere as close as the crowds in the summer. It was really fun to see all the wax works inside, and even more fun to take silly photos with them! Also saw Avengers 4D, and the small "horror" part of the attraction, both of which... More

Spent a good morning looking at all the figures on display. Had to go into the chamber of horrors on the request of my daughter who squealed the whole way through! I just found it funny (mainly because she was so scared)!! Everything was very realistic and there is something to suit everyone.

you can find cheaper tickets online, but we walked up there without pre booked, because the cheaper online ones might be coupled with a specific time. we spend a good 2&half hours in there. It's amazing you can go up to all the figures and on pictures it looks so real. and they have lots of different themes. 4D cinema.... More

My sister went here while staying in London for a few days and it was awesome! It was actually a lot more fun than I thought it would be.. It took a good few hours to get through it all, so if you're looking to keep busy during the first part of the day, this is something I recommend! It... More
