Excellent. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff and a glass of sparkling wine. The tables were already laid out with our first course and our drinks order was taken as soon as we had taken our seat. The food was excellent and the service really good, friendly and so well organised. The music was really good... More

Really good value for money-the best way to get from Greenwich to the London Eye. Use travel card to get discount on boat. 1 adult & 3 kids only £11 for a 45 minute trip.

It was okay, but nothing special. Hard to see out of the dirty windows. However, it's an experience to see the Thames. If you buy the tickets on the stop and go buses, they usually include a river cruise.

Don't recall the exact name of the cruise company, but the cruise on the River Thames was terrific. It was a view of London from the water and well worth the price of tickets. If one is using a London Pass Card, the tour is included in the price. Highly recommend taking a cruise on the River Thames.

The ride was like a slower version of the thames clipper river boat, but not in a bad way. It makes you take a moment and reflect life and when you come back to reality you are confronted with London from its most flattering angle. Special shout to Tony Singh who was very welcoming and a flash of humanity at... More

I am so very glad that we booked the London Rose for our New Years Eve 2014/2015! It has been something my husband & I have always wanted to do, be in the Capital for New Years and to watch the world class fireworks at first hand! Ok, the actual finding the pier & boat was absolutely mental! We thought... More

The cruise was advertised as a great way to see the fireworks.we saw nothing.the food was mediocre and we had to eat it from our laps since there were not enough tables.it was a special gift from my daughter to us and it was nothing but a tourist trap scam.they should be ashamed of themselves.Do NOT book this cruise.you may... Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
