Second time on the Red Rover and it did not disappoint. It will be the choice of transport on my next trip to Tower and Greenwich. Red Rover is a bit more expensive than clipper, but you get a charismatic waterman guiding you through the sites and most importantly roof seats which makes a change from travelling via underground. The... More

So, I like a good boat ride. We had plans to do a number of things to along the river (Tower of London, Shakespeare's Globe, The London Eye) and this was the fastest way to get around, as well as a beautiful view of London. I do highly advise that you get an Oyster card and pay with that, it... More

Fast, efficient service and with staff who were friendly, helpful and professional. It would help travellers not used to London who are catching the last boat of the night to have better signage as all the display board said was Woolwich and didn't name any of the other stops. Not knowing where Woolwich was confused many passangers waiting as did... More

We took the boat up to Westminster and it was certainly good value for money. It was very informative and funny and I enjoyed it a lot. There was so much interesting stuff to see from the river and it really is the heart of London. If you bring your binoculars you can see a lot more closer up when... More

We decided to view London from the River Thames and were not disappointed. We purchased our tickets from the ticket booth near the London Eye and was only a short wait before the boat arrived. The commentary was very good clear and audible even at the back of the boat over the engines. Landmarks were pointed out well before we... More

Had a day out in London and bought a ticket on Virgin Experience website for half price. It was a great way to see some of the sights with on board commentary with a sense of humour. We were able to get off at any stop and get back on again as many times as we wanted to. Seeing all... More

We had arrived in London after many hours on a plane from Texas and just wanted to get out and explore London a bit. We had London Pass cards and used them for the citycruises leaving at Tower Bridge/Tower of London. Mid-afternoon, we waited maybe 10-15 minutes in a queue and then were loaded onto the boat for a lovely... More

The Thames river cruise is one of the nicest things to do in London especially if you don't have a great deal of time to explore London by foot. We have taken the cruise from the London Eye to the Tower Bridge pier and other occasions to Greenwich. all worth investigating Along the way you see lots sites like 30... More
