My father and I took the English Bus tour to Stonehenge, Bath, and the secret place with Colin as our guide. The day exceeded our expectations as Colin made the trip fun and informative. Colin made a point to learn a bit about each person on the trip and made us feel comfortable from the moment we got on the... More

I did two tours with Colin - the Stonehenge/Bath tour and the Stratford-upon-Avon/Cotswolds/Oxford tour, the latter also joined by Andy. Both tours (and tour guides) were absolutely lovely. You are able to get a taste of each place and Colin&Andy gave many interesting facts throughout the trip. I would highly recommend this tour to any type of traveller - solo,... More

We were a group of 6 and only in London for 7 days but decided to book both Stonehenge, Bath, a secret place and the Stratford, Cotswalds & Oxford day tours. So glad we did both tours. Thank you Colin for two amazing days. We loved your jokes (most of them) & really enjoyed both days. You were a fabulous... More

I was researching for a day trip for my family of 16 people and decided to book with them as the bus can accommodate all of us. It is really a pleasure to arrange the trip with Jen. Everyone enjoyed the trip as the timing is just nice for the 3 places. Road trip is not boring as Chris will... More

Thank you Colin for a great day trip out to Stonehenge, Bath and a secret place. My wife and I had a great time. Your commentary was informative and also entertaining! Thanks for making yourself available during the scheduled breaks, and for dropping us off near where we were staying back in London. Great trip and we definitely recommend this... More

The tour was a unique experience as it is not often that one comes across a talented tour guide like Johnny, who can bring places to life using knowledge, creativity and a great sense of humour! I took the tour on 26 January, and Im surprised that I still remember almost everything Johnny spoke about, and that doesn't happen to... More

We had the opportunity of doing a tour with another company ( think Big and Red) a few days before we did The English Bus (TEB) tour and we all agreed that TEB was much much better! From an informative and humourous tour guide ( Johnny you are so much more than a bus driver - we love you!!) to... More

Dear bthe2016, We loved your review - thank you. Ecstatic to hear you much preferred your experience with us over the others (the big red ones - we know who you mean!) Johny is indeed much more than just a bus driver - we'd challenge anyone to find someone quite like him! As for your suggestion for us to name... More

Let's face it there are lots of tour buses and lots of ways to see the key sights on vacation. The English Bus offers a unique experience with their smaller group size and emphasis on making your experience as personal as possible. Our guide Colin did just that as he spoke to everyone of us by name and left me... More

We were looking for a tour to take to see Stonehenge, Bath, etc. We came across a few but then luckily found this one. Reviews were very positive so we signed up for Saturday, January 23rd to see Stonehenge, Bath & a Secret Place. Staying in Southbank

Neighborhood Profile
Southbank
Big time attractions such as the London Eye and a thriving theatre scene (compliments of the National Theatre and the Young Vic) are but a few of the reasons that Southbank is such a collectively cherished part of town. With plenty of family friendly activities and venues lined up along a pedestrianized river bank between Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Bridge, visitors can always expect a casual and festive atmosphere. On top of all the fun stuff to do at Southbank is the opportunity to simply sit back and admire photo-op views of iconic landmarks like Parliament and St Paul's Cathedral, just on across the Thames.
