We had a winter event here and had the downstairs rooms to ourselves. The staff were all friendly and the food was good. Bar staff were a little slow but we were a big group. Other staff members utilised the bowling alleys, dodgems and gaming machines. I didn't here any complaints and everyone was suitably entertained. It was nice to... More

So it was pretty late evening and most coffee shops had shut. I'd never been to Namco but I knew they sold hot drinks so I decided to grab one there. I had to go through the arcade, which seemed pretty cool - but it is absolutely boiling in there! I was debating wether to still get a drink or... More

After spending some time with the half working machines with some not working or taking money to only dissappoint. So we decided to go to the bar where it was pretty quiet with just one couple infront. The server took 10minutes to make one milkshake for the couple as she worked very slow. By time she finished making it, she... More

Using the London pass you get an offer of three bonus coins to use on the machines but then you find most of the machines dont work/accept them apart from its excellent location its hardly worth going to now unless its with a group or that u really want to win a big prize

Went there on a thursday afternoon and it was fairly quiet. Went to buy coffees, only 2 people waiting at the bar + me, took over 20 mins before I was able to order. Prior to that, I had the privilege to watch the 2 bar attendents wash the top of a dishwasher, answer their mobile phone and walk around... More

Have been here a couple of times with a group of students. Its a fun day out and really nice location but we do end up spending a lot more than we would like! Tickets: Last time we went was on a Saturday afternoon and as to be expected it was very busy. The only thing was a LOT of... More

It's been a while since I last visited the NamCo centre and it just didn't live up to the memories I had of the place. It's a good place to go if you want to escape the rain but be prepared to spend a small fortune!

This place is always busy. Very dark and noisey! You could spend a small fortune in here easily. Some of the games say 2 player and there is a slot for 1pound but it only allows one player to play! There is no sign saying there are toilets but if you go at the back down some stairs they are... More

This arcade is situated in the old GLA building next to the London Eye and Westminster Bridge. A bit like Dr Whos Tardis, the entrance is small, but once inside, it opens out and there are lots of games machine, air hockey tables and even a large round bumper car ride. I took my two children ( 11 & 7)... More
