I was at Namco for an event, and so we got there a few hours early to be sure we new what we were doing. Staff at the bar (on the bottom floor) were lovely although the drinks were expensive, and the pool/table tennis area was lovely. The seating was comfortable. Throughout the event I was able to wander in... More

So, the location is actually really quite cool. It's located right next to the London Eye near the London aquarium on the Thames, however, blink and you will miss it - It's sort of tucked away behind McDonalds and isn't very well sign posted outside, you only really see the sign when you enter the building - You have to... beyond the grab machines, the guitar hero game and a couple of mediocre arcade machines, this is pretty much lacking in everything, Staff can barely be found and the bumper cars are barely used (never seen them in use the 3 or 4 times I've been in). If you want arcades, take the train down to southend. Takes an hour,... More

Called into Namco, looking for a cup of coffee in Costa. After eventually finding the bar, we had to wait whilst the young girl served 6/7young boys with alcoholic drinks. Her customer service skills with them left a lot to be desired, to say the least. However after waiting about ten minutes and it eventually became our turn to be... More

I've visited namco a few times and it always proves to be a fun night out. The bumper cars are great fun and at only £3 are definitely worth a go. The bowling lanes are also good and I haven't experienced the problems with pins that other reviewers have mentioned any of the times I've been. Some of the machines... More

I used to visit Funland at the Trocodero a lot but it's been gone for a few a while now and came across this place as a hopeful replacement. The games are fun, it's a shame that they are prone to breaking down. And there aren't too many members of staff around to help. Also, if it swallows your money,... More

I Have been here 3 times.A good place to visit. Lots of machines to play on and there is Bumper cars and Bowling to keep people amused. Food is Good most of the time. There is also table tennis tables and ping pong on the bottom floor and it is a good area to socialise.

This is the third time I have been here and never again. Each time is worse. I n some ways it is good value for money and my 3 boys love playing the machines and winning tickets which can then be exchanged for gifts, but the machines are so old they keep breaking down - swallowing money and not giving... Some where to go when you are too early! Not shopping - not alone - just need to waste some time without spending too much money - or just go with a friend - worth a shot

We went here primarily to spare some time while waiting for our scheduled time for the Dungeons (which is near Namco Funscape), and because there was free tokens at this attraction when you have the London pass. London pass holders got an option to choose between tokens that can be used in the arcades or a single token for the... More
