The toilets were absolutely disgusting - the worst I've ever seen. Locks don't work on multiple toilet doors. The rubbish and used hand towels were spilling out onto the floor and there was litter piling up on the sinks. The floor was also wet and slippy. The toilets themselves were so disgusting I didn't actually use them in the end... More

I visit roughly every 3 weeks as everything is there. Mostly I go in by bus but sometimes take the car as they offer parking deals. There are plenty of shops and a good choice of restaurants indoors, as well as outdoors for the summer. The cinema is always quiet when I go with my husband in the afternoons occasionally.... More

Spacious and beautiful building and excellent choice in shops. Shopper friendly with lots of pleasing complimentary sitting and resting areas, and reasonably priced shopper services such as bag and coat room. Friendly and free concierge services for ordering a cab.

Arrived at midday on Sunday. Roundabout route because of building works, but the worst bit was leaving. All traffic is taken to Wood Lane, to join other traffic trying to get into the centre. It took half an hour to get to the Shepherds Bush roundabout. Very poor planning. I expect better, especially after their extortionate parking charges!

Here you will find almost any store you need or can find in London. And why it is perfect? Is because it is so big, and lots of space, so you can be effective and get all your shopping done without any que or other time consuming issue. When you get hungry there is a big foodcourt inside - but... More

While I love shopping, I hate Oxford Street / Regent Street and the like - so crowded. I'm also not a fan of malls, and have therefore resisted visiting Westfield for years. But this time - armed with a list of requests from family and friends - I've decided to dedicate a day to this. I chose a Monday, on... More

Westfield is a fantastic place to shop. Even though in some places it can be far, it is always worth it in the end. My favourite stores would be H and M, debenhams, lush and all the stationary stores!

Never been in a bigger shopping mall. Huge M&S and everything else. Section with all the expensive designer shops. It has been open since 2008, but still seems fresh. Lots of places to eat and drink.

I'm actually really lucky in that I live literally a 5 minute walk away from here. A very good selection of restaurants, there is food from all around the world if you want to try something new. Excellent choice of shops as well, ranging from high street wears to designer. We learnt the hard way though, don't go here at... More
