My partner bought tickets for a birthday treat. I can't recommend this show enough! Absolutely brilliant! The talent from the younger stars was outstanding! My boyfriend isn't really into musicals so wasn't expecting much but even he hasn't stopped talking about it. Unfortunately the original Billy became unwell during the performance so had to be replaced but this had no... More

Highly recommend this musical! But yes be warned a lot of swearing throughout. All the cast was amazing to watch! We really enjoyed the show there's sad moments and laugh out loud moments! I'd say suitable for teens and upwards. There's a few comments about the sense of humor eg, the girl being called a 'spastic' bear in mind this... More

I've been to see the show several times now and I couldn't be more in love with it. As soon as one trip ends I'm desperate to book another! It has everything you want from a musical; incredible music, lovable characters and moments that make you shed tears of both joy and sadness. If you really want to witness Billy... More

The singing and dancing in Billy Elliot are excellent, especially the kids, and Billy of course. As a dancer I appreciated the choreography and the detail in their movements. It was very well rehearsed. Yes there is swearing, but there is in the film so I expected it. I was impressed by how close the musical was to the film.... More

Went to see billy Elliot on Saturday night and was very impressed! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left I felt very well looked after by all the staff there. Our seats were great! About 7 rows back we had a great view of the stage. I thought the story was fab. I hadn't actually seen... More

This is the best show I have seen for some years. The energy of all the cast is immense . The dance with the 2 Billy's made me cry. The musical cut short at a point earlier than the film finished but the ending still worked well. No lift up to the circle so those with mobility problems should book... More

Truly Superb! What a cast. Fabulous show. I swear you had the entire audience in tears at one point, even my 9 year old son! So talented. Especially loved Billy's friend Michael. Great little actor. Quite a bit of swearing, but then there is in the film too. The audience laughed throughout so couldn't have offended too many. Also a... More

Brilliant production led by talented youngsters destined for fame. Pity about the language - and that's from the children!. Warning!!!!! You may need to either prepare you children or do a lot of explaining of four-letter words and phrases.

Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
