If you visiting liverpool city, this is a must thing to do. Best during sunset and the city's view is just too lovely. They will snap you some photos for some souvenir book n guess its pretty worth to buy it

We went about 11am on a saturday morning there was no queue and the staff in the ticket office worked out the best price for us - there were 4 adults and one child with the party so by buying a family ticket and 2 adult tickets we saved money. The wheel itself was really good. It was a lovely... More

Last minute decision to go on it as we were walking past and it was quiet so no queues. £9 each was a bit pricey but we did go round 6 times, maybe because it was quiet. The guy who put us in/took us out of the pod was really friendly and smiley and cracked a joke on the way... More

Went to Liverpool for a day out and was giving a VIP pass for the big wheel. This meant we didn't have to Que. Got the Vip carriage which had leather seats and clear floor which was so scratched waste of time. We went around 6-8 times Once you been round 2 times it gets boring.

I would have thought the attraction would have been a bit slower, I don't understand why it has to go round 3 times and way too quickly. It can just go round once and really slow instead. Enjoyed the views.

Well the price isn't cheap, but okay. Has great views over the city and the river. It was a beautiful day, but there weren't many people around so I got a pod of my own which was nice. It is kind of annoying that they force you to let them take a picture of you at the entrance (which you... More

Prices rediculous and you get about 3 turns on the wheel. Would give it a miss and maybe go up the radio city tower or the anglican cathedral for views.

Great views of the city and river/docks. Photos rather expensive but a nice momentous. Got 4 resolutions which allowed us to see everything.

Did this with my wife today as part of a visit to our city celebrating 30 years of marriage. We got much more than the usual 3 revolutions, which I think would have been very poor value. Good views over the river, but not as good as the Radio City Tower (aka St John's Beacon) To improve the value a... More

Do give this a try if you are in Liverpool. Not hugely cheap at £9.00 an adult but great scenes and happy helpful staff.
