A lovely view of the River Mersey, Albert dock and most of Liverpool. Not so good view of echo arena. Overall we enjoyed it and will go again!

Great views of Liverpool and River Mersey, interesting commentary. Last approx 15-20 mins. Photo usually taken before which you have option to purchase on exit - seemed pricey.

Fortunately the weather was good enough to get a view across the city and the Mersey, and the commentary was excellent and informative - just the right level of information. We were lucky enough to get a discounted Groupon voucher, otherwise it's a pricey activity. Not for those who haven't a head for heights, and probably not worth doing on... More

My missus liked the commentary while the wheel was in motion, a photo package was also available at 20 pounds this included photos, key rings with photo, fridge magnet and a folder containing interesting fact on big wheels. The operator can be contacted and spoken to during the ride if the need arises. There was a discount available which reduced... More

Quite reasonable, I though and the view was terrific. Weather was bad, so I imagine it is even better in sunshine. Much higher than it looks from the ground, wife froze totally up there...

Bought a voucher, staff unhelpful and jobs worth. Left my four year old very disappointed and upset. Staff could have done more if they applied some common sense. Wheel not busy at all all.

Went here with my partner after exploring the docks. Cost £7 each and went round about 5 times I think. Was not busy so we did not have to share with anyone and had out photo taken before going on which you have chance to purchase on exit. There were good views of the docks and commentary all the way... More

Not much more to say really....worth a trip, the kids loved it, the views were great (obviously!) but all over much too quickly.

A great view of Liverpool and Wirral. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT IF YOU PAY BY CARD. I asked for a family ticket which is £18. I handed in my card to pay. I was given the card machine to put my pin in but no opportunity to check the amount. When the receipt printed, I had been charged £24. I obviously... More

Paid £7 each to go on the wheel. Having been on the London eye I was expecting it to be similar - it didn't compare. Rotated 4 times but went far too fast to really see anything properly. The commentary was too quiet and you couldn't hear what was being said. Staff looked bored and uninterested. No enthusiasm. Felt like... More
