We went with friends, and with a groupon voucher, it made it very reasonable although full price would have been a bit steep! Views were amazing and plenty if time on the wheel to take photos etc and if you miss it, you go round 3 or 4 times so you can catch it the next time round!

The Liverpool Echo Wheel is a great place to view the city, the far reaching hills of Wales and down the river to the sea beyond. I was, as a solo traveller, a little nervous of being in the pod alone, but once the wheel started moving and the sites of the city rose before me I was well and... More

This giant wheel gives fantastic views over the Liverpool Dock area. You get 3 turns round, that is plenty if time to get lots of photos of the buildings especially The Three Graces.

I loved going on this. The views (you wouldn't think so by night but you'd be wrong) are amazing. The cathedral look immense and everything looks so pretty. Yes it was a bit windy but I loved it. The staff were nice and friendly too. Not badly priced neither.

We were going to Liverpool for a short break and in 2 minds about doing the wheel due to the price being a little steep at £9 each. My husband found a voucher online for 20% off. This swayed us to go for it costing just over £14. We arrived just before 8pm. There was no queue so we just... More

Having been on the London Eye many times I am used to high wheels, however, we made the mistake of visiting when there was wind. My daughter (15), was scared during all the turns and when we were at the top you could feel the wind coming in through the gap at the bottom of the doors. However, you are... More

Not really my thing but as we ended up walking past on our way out we thought why not. Cost not OTT as was just under £15 for the both if us which I thought was not a rip off You get about 15 mins give or take on the wheel and it went round 3 times. The pods are... More

This sort of attraction wouldn't really be my thing. However, I was very impressed with my experience on the wheel. There never seems to be a queue here which is great, I also managed to get a student discount (down from £9 to £7.50!). The view from the top is pretty impressive, Great view of Albert Dock. The wheel went... More
