Our group of four had a fantastic tour around the Hope Street area by a very informative lady, Doreen. We had an interesting couple of hours looking at many buildings and had a welcome coffee stop/break in the Philharmonic pub, where the mens toilets must be seen! Doreen was very knowledgable and with her pleasant personality, attempted to answer all... More

I had a wonderful afternoon wandering around Liverpool looking at the inside and outside of many great buildings. I can't recommend this highly enough whether you're a local or visitor to the city.

A very interesting and informative guided walk with Margie and Bill, around some of Liverpool's best known, and not quite so well known buidings. There were just 6 of us on this tour on a day when it was hot and humid and so it was a especially nice to be able to go inside eg The Cunard Building where... More

Helen B our tour guide gave an excellent tour of part of her city of Liverpool. She loves her city and her passion was tempered with a very knowledgeable review of the architecture and humorous stories embedded in the spouse irreverence. We hope to arrange to go on one of the other tours she leads.

Had a brilliant guided tour between the two cathedrals and I didn't realise just how steeped in history this part of liverpool is! There was 20 of us in the group and the guide, Brian, kept us all entertained. He was so good! I really don't know how he remembered all the history. He was really funny and got to... More

I organised the Gateway to the World Tour for a Local History Group. There were 24 members in the group and we were split into two which made it much better for being able to hear the Tour Guide. I joined the group with Stella and the others with Eileen, both guides being very informative and interesting to listen to.... More

We went on the City of Culture, Learning and Faiths walk, basically from the Metropolitan Cathedral to Liverpool Cathedral and based around Hope St. Led by Terry and Catherine this walk was a highlight of our short break in Liverpool and when we return we won't hesitate to go on another of the tours. So much of interest was pointed... More
