We had one of the guided tours and found this to be interesting sadly though we couldn't stay longer to then to go back during the free flow times. Seemed to be lots for the holiday period for children.

The tea room has appealing hot dishes but we only stopped for nice tea and coffee cake. Parking is free here and if... More

Lots to do including building your own woodland hideout, zip line, plenty of space for ball games, good play park, maze, not to mention the house! Great for the kids to run around... More

This is one of my favourite National Trust sites. Speke Hall is very interesting to look around and has been well preserved the guides are well informed and pleasant to talk to. The gardens are lovely and there's lots of information about plants and bees. Lots of things for children to do and interesting walks. Such a nice place to... More

My husband has a mobility scooter and we had no problems getting in and around the site - obviously we couldn't take it in the house.... More
