Great place to walk my dog, love the lake, cafés and friendly people - plenty of seating to just sit and relax

Went to the Liverpool International music festival on Sunday at Sefton Park and must say it was an excellent affair with the whole event being extremely well organised, well orchestrated and policed. The music was good with special mention going to Kid Creole and the coconuts. Sefton park is a good venue for this sort of thing but I feel... More

Great place to go. Feed the ducks on the lake, visit the refurnished palm house, shop further in to get a nice cream, drinks etc...

Lovely walk through the park. Very nice, kept tidy, huge lakes, nice walkways. Raining when we went, but nice to sit and admire the park on a sunny day.

We visited the park especially to see the Peter Pan statue. The park itself was very nice and we were not disappointed by the statue. Well worth a look.

We regularly visit the park with so much to see and do in all weathers it never disappoints-and i think i have just worked out how to get around without getting lost! as there are many ways in/out). The palm house is particularly lovely!

For those who don't know, Sefton Park is the biggest park in the UK and the second biggest in Europe. You can wander round it for ages. In Spring, one and a quarter million daffodils open up to herald the new season. When you've walked around for a while and fancy a meal/snack/ drink there is a little cafe or... More

I am from Liverpool but have lived in Portugal for many years now. I was blown away by how much the park has changed from the last time I visited it. It i so clean now, atmosphere was excellent with families and groups of students having picnics and barbecues. The Palm house is a must visit, with the Peter Pan... More

A regret ... having lived within 15 miles of this wonderful park for 20+ years and not visited this oasis. It is easy to access, easy to park, beautifully landscaped, quite (on a week day), with varied attractions e.g. lake, palm house, garden areas, park. A wonderful place to visit on a warm summers day.

Took my youngest (8yrs old) and had a great time, lovely little coffee shop with excellent facilities and very reasonable prices. The palm house is well worth a visit.
