This is Liverpool's original Beatles tour which takes you on an entertaining journey to the places where John, Paul, George and Ringo lived, met and hung out as they formed the band that took the pop world by storm. See the places that inspired songs such as Penny Lane and Strawberry Field, stand outside the houses where they lived and enjoy plenty of Fab Four tunes along the way. The tour finishes with a visit to the world famous Cavern Club where The Beatles played 292 times. Your ticket also gives you free general admission to the Cavern in the evening. Private tailor-made tours can also be arranged for your group in the Magical Mystery Tour people-carrier, minibus or coach! Translations of the tour commentary are available in French, German, Italian and Spanish. « less

We spent a weekend in Liverpool recently and we had a great time. Stayed at The Liner Hotel, which was great. Everything about the weekend was enjoyable but particularly The Magical Mystery Tour. The bus did a tour to all the houses where The Beatles were bought up and lot's of other interesting places to do with Beatles. Our tour... More

Never was a great Beatles fan, just a teenager in the 50s & 60s that enjoyed in general the music scene at the time. Was totally infected on the tour with the in depth information and knowledge of the guide and the tambourine playing driver. Now in my 70s I am in adramation of the achievements of those'Fab Four' from Liverpool.... More

We've done this tour twice now, once with my boyfriend and again with my parents when they came to visit from the US. Loved it both times! You get to see Penny Lane, Strawberry Fields, the houses where they each grew up, etc. The bus is comfortable and the guides are funny and knowledgeable. They play some Beatles music in... More

Although my husband is not a big Beatles fan, I am, and so we decided to go on tour the day after we got to Liverpool. It helped that we had friends go on the tour when they were here in Feb and they couldn't stop talking about it. Was suggested by our friends to book early on line as... More

I only booked this tour because the Beatles' houses tours were sold out and I didn't expect to be that bothered by it. I was definitely wrong - the tour is great, really enjoyable. The coach is really comfortable (and in far better shape than the poor old Liverpool Explorer buses) and it takes you all over the city to... More

We went on this tour on 15th August and thoroughly enjoyed it, mainly because the guide was funny and very knowledgable, and it was great to see a bit more of Liverpool and get a bit of an insight in the early life of 4 boys growing up in this area in the 40s/50s. I can take or leave the... More

We came to Liverpool not knowing if we would do the Beatle's tour or not, as none of us were really big fans, but enjoyed the music. Decided to go for it, and so glad we did, it was so informative, the guide was funny, down to earth and certainly knows his stuff. This tour is so worth the money,... More

Learned loads about the Beatles & also about Liverpool!. We had our 10 year old child... More

Must go on if you are in Liverpool. The bus tour takes you to all of the major sites in Liverpool including all the Beatle's homes and areas like "Penny Lane" and "Strawberry Fields" explaining how they all met. We loved it and I want to do it again the day after!

This was a great wee tour round Liverpool and some of the important landmarks of Beatles history. The two hour trip provides you with a trivia filled tour, with four "get off and take photos" stops at: Penny Lane, George Harrison's childhood home, Paul McCartney's childhood home and Strawberry Fields. I thought I knew a lot about the Beatles, but... More
