The Tate Gallery emphasizes Twentieth Century Art with fine painting,great sculpture,and other interesting creations.Artists from Europe well-represented include;Degas,Picasso,Kirschner,Bonnard,and Brancusi.Like most Liverpool museums,it is free.Personal favorites were;Hammershoi's"Home Iinterior,Sunlight"Kirschner's"Bathers at Moritzburg",and Frank Stella's"Untitled". more
Not a modern art lover I went into the Tate to try to learn more. The art work was really good - Henry Moore sculptures and Warhol Heinz box.
