What an amazingly authentic and unique attraction! The whole experience was absolutely fantastic and unlike any other Beatles attraction we’ve visited. This hidden treasure is just that – the jewel in the Beatles story – a story that is rarely told and one you can only hear at The Casbah. A story told by Roag Best, (son of Neil Aspinall... More

As part of our Fab4 cab tour we spent over an hour with Pete Bests brother Rogue where the Beatles really began in the cellars of a house. A truly fascinating place to visit today, although I would not have fancied it back in the day when it was crammed with fans. Rogue is a brilliant guide another must do

Not knowing very much if anything about the Casbah Roag Best certainly changed all that. What an incredible story one not well known but should most definitely be. Roag was a fantastic host and most certainly the highlight of my beatles tour. My husband is disabled and cannot stand for a long time but between our own tour guide and... More

My husband and I were on the Beatles Fab 4 day and ended with a visit to the Casbah. A part of the music story which tends not to be known it was a trip through an important segment in time which is not so well known but very significant. Roag brought it to life with his personal relationship to... More

Fantastic tour for any Beatles fan and with the most knowledgeable host in Roag, you cannot miss this. It's out of the city centre but I would urge you to make the short journey and learn how it all began, where it all began..

Having Neil Aspinil as a dad and Pete Best as a brother, Roags stories and knowledge was invaluable to listen to. He was so accomodating as we changed the day and time at short notice to a Sunday, cannot recommend highly enough to any beatles lover. It was such a personal tour! Loved every minute. Thanks!

A brilliantly informative couple of hours spent with the wonderful Roag. He is a fabulous English eccentric - my perfect person. And I so wish I could have met his mum. Mo sounds like she was a lady who was just like me.....didn't take "no" for an answer :) For anyone who is in anyway a Beatles fan, the Casbah... More

Roage was our tour guide and he was brilliant. He involved us all in his talk, and checked we were listening with a little bit of role play which kept us all entertained. Check this place out, it is where it all began, as you will find out for yourselves admiring the decorating and John and Pauls choice of colours... More

Any Beatles fan needs to visits this place. We did this tour as part of the Fab Four taxi tour which was also second to none! Could not believe how raw and untouched everything was, or how much freedom to roam around there is. Rogue was excellent in the delivery of his stories! The place is amazing and deserves recognition... More
