My spouse, best friend and I spent an hour with Roag Best in the Casbah Coffee Club. Roag is a born entertainer - his tour had us grinning for the entire hour. Being in the REAL place the Beatles got their Liverpool start was astounding (no, they didn't get their start in the Cavern Club). This site is absolutely preserved,... More

Included the Casbah Coffee Club with Fab4 Taxi Tour. A must do for any Beatles fan. Had Rory Best as our host and the stories from the era were captivating.

Thrill of a lifetime. Where else can see where the Beatles actually originated as well as equipment, drawings and artifacts from the band? And Roag Best brought it all to life with his fascinating tour of the club. I highly recommend it to any Beatles fan visiting Liverpool.

Road is a born story-teller, and what a story to tell! Very interesting info and well worth the price of admission for the unique experience!

The Casbah will make you feel like you've time-traveled to the 1950s - so amazing and evocative of those times. If you're a Beatle fan, don't miss it!

Pete Best's brother conducted the tour. We had a LOT of fun listening to Vincent "Roag" Best’s stories. Roag sometimes even acted out some scenes. He was amazingly animated and most entertaining - amazing since we were his 5th tour of the day... I can only imagine how old it might get to talk about the same topics all day,... More

It was interesting and had a lot of good memorabelia. Pete Best's brother conducted the tour, who was interesting, but a little sad I thought. Glad it was part of our tour, but probably would not have gone there otherwise. Amazing to think it was in an ordinary suburban street, and the Beatles did their first performance here.

Great site that remains unchanged since the Beatle days. You get a tour by Pete Best or one of his brothers. This is one of the earliest venues that the Beatles played in and Paul McCartney and John Lennon also pitched in and painted rooms leaving their mark here forever.
