I needed to get back across from the UBoat attraction to catch my bus back to the airport. This was a fun and easy way to do it. I went one way from the UBoat attraction to the main terminal. It was a good value as I paid for it with my UBoat ticket.

Whilst it is a fantastic experience to visit the dock area and see the beautiful buildings and look at the river, the actual cruise is nothing extra special. You can see all the sights from land, and up close for that matter.

The Mersey ferry is one of the most well-known in the world - it's also a brilliant way to see the iconic city of Liverpool, its incredible skyline and its world-famous docks and Cruiseship port. Pay a little bit extra for the 'River Experience', and get a round trip of the three terminals whilst being able to hop on and... More

We booked on board the Royal Iris Mersey Ferry for the Three Queens Experience on Mon 25th May 2015. It cost £65, but what an experience it was. Everything well organised, food was fine and the service was great. Chance of a lifetime, to see the Cunard Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria all enter and line up... More

We did the 50 minute tour on the Royal Iris which was great fun, but expensive at £20 per head. The crew were friendly and helpful.
