The staff in Lincoln Visitor centre are incredibly helpful. They go out of their way to help you and they made my stay in Lincoln a far richer experience thanks to their knowledge and tips. They suggested a good bed and breakfast and reimbursed me £2 when I said I'd lost money in one of the automated map vending machines... More

Staff so friendly and helpful. Advised quickest route to the town centre and various places of interest etc. Know that it is their job but they do it so well!

Helpful staff, a good range of leaflets and items to buy, well-chosen special local items, many of which you'd find it hard to get elsewhere. Wide range of postcards.

just popped in to ask about the castle opening times, very helpful and friendly, also very informative about the place in general, which I know they should be but it doesn't happen everywhere, and we just thought they deserved a mention for the service.

The main thing is, the staff there were polite, helpful and, most of all, knowledgeable and able to supply the information I required.Bonuses were a well stocked shop in a charming period building that fits in well with the beautiful old city of Lincoln.
