Staff in the visitor centre have good knowledge of local attractions and places to stay. Plenty of leaflets on display as well as a few souvenirs for purchase.
the visitor information centre is at the top of the steep hill, there are lots of leaflets and brochurs to pick up about the various attractions in Lincoln, the staff are helpful and friendly and the tickets for the open top bus are bought from here
We popped in here to find out what there was to do in Lincoln and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, even if they lamented the fact that half-term was a week earlier than the majority of the country; sadly, we found that there was so little for young kids to do in Lincoln itself. went in here for some local information the staff are very friendly and helpful we bought some small gifts whilst there worth a visit just for the info !
Pleasant, helpful staff pointed us in the right direction of where we needed to go. Lots of things to look at. Would be useful to have a list of the local attractions and things no longer available during the week in October.
Staff very friendly and efficient. Gave us a map and instructions on where we needed to go. My husband had booked a Shopmobility scooter from near the bus station, and they were very helpful in making the necessary phone calls to the people concerned. A lovely shop, which sells many souvenirs of Lincoln.
Popped in here for a street map which was excellent and a postcard. Staff were very helpful to someone seeking accommodation and to someone looking meeting a person in a specific spot. There was an excellent selection of items to purchase too.
