This is the first time we have ever been to anything like this but it will not be the last. Everything about it was so authentic that it was spooky with so many enthusiastic people taking part, not only the re-enactors but the visitors who were dressed in either uniforms or 40's gear. The battle scene sent us through all... More

This is both the best show of its type through the year but also something unique. It's the best reenactment / living history event for WW2 but unique because of the involvement of the aircraft which makes it more of an air show. I know many that make sure this is the one show they make the effort to go... More

great range of aircraft and vehicles. some of the re-enactors were a bit keen, especially the Germans. plus if you don't want to pay to get in, just park in cosby and wall down then walk up the hill opposite the ground and you get a better view of the aircraft than the people in the show. :0)

I personally know the staff that make this event happen year in year out, and know what hard work it is to put a show like this on. I feel whether your in to the history of the war or not this is still a great show to visit, the show itself seems to get bigger every year, and I... More

This was our first time to The Victory Show and didn't know really know what to expect. Access is easy off the M1 junction, coming from the south off junction 20, turn left then first right through Lutterworth on the A426 with clear signs directing us all the way. At that time of day there was far less traffic than... More

At a football match one can pay up to £90 each for top clubs and £30 for an average club. The cost of 20 cigarettes is about £7, I believe, and the cost of a pint of beer isabout £3. The opportunity cost of a day long visit to the Victory show is, therefore: half an average football match, or... More

First off let me say that this was a great show, the re-enactors were excellent, the displays were good and the airshow wasn't too bad. Thorn in the side was the organisation, driving in was a nightmare, ok it was busy and you expect to to get held up because of the traffic lights but the last bit of road... More

Really loved this show when we first went loads to see and experience and it got us into the bug of getting dressed up in 1940s esque attire collecting more for our outfits each year. Lovely crowd can take dogs although during the live action role play the noise may make nervous dogs wary. Very well organised with very good... More
