The Saturday matinee performance left us singing all the way home - it was probably the best show I have seen at the Curve. Brian Conley is the ultimate showman so it was the perfect role for him. The whole experience was fantastic - well done and thank you

Another stunning show at Curve. Having seen the Thursday evening performance of Barnum I have to say I can't remember the last time I spent two hours plus with a smile permanently on my face. With a wonderful cast lead by the excelent, and multi-talented, Brian Conley and ably supported by Linzi Hateley, it was a delightful evening of song,... More

Just returned from seeing Barnum at Curve. Excellent, high quality performance. Amazing circus skills and singing voices. Couldn't fault it. We all held our breaths when Barnum walked the tightrope! Would highly recommend, we have never been disappointed at a performance at curve yet!

I'm a big fan of the Curve Theatre in Leicester. Not only is it bang up to date technically being a brand new venue, but they keep putting on a wide variety of great shows. Barnum lives up to the high standards the Curve lives by. A star performance by the surprisingly talented Brian Conley - I only knew him... More

The show was good, Brian Conley was excellent. Can't say the same about the theatre staff. For some reason a couple had decided to bring 2 young children (still in push chairs!!!) to a Saturday evening performance. The youngest was disruptive throughout the whole performance. The staff member sat a few feet away appeared to have a word a couple... More

Dear Andy H, Thank you for your feedback following your recent visit to see Barnum. I am so sorry to hear that your experience was not as enjoyable as it could have been due to the behaviour of other customers in attendance. Curve is a fully accessible venue and we are proud to welcome all customers to all our productions... More

Barnum is a great show, with a superb cast, especially the dancers and the Principals. It is lively and entertaining. The production by the Chichester Theatre Company is excellent. Congratulations to Brian Conley and his fellow actors.

I bought my wife tickets to Chicago for Christmas and we ate before the show. We both went for a belly Pork dish with fennel on mash. It was delicious and a perfect size portion-plenty to fill us up, bot not too much so that we couldn't squeeze in an interval ice cream! There was not a massive range of... More

We went to see the Musical Annie. Whilst this was a below average performance the whole performance was ruined by the over reacting parents of the children in the show. The parents would clap louder than anyone I've heard clap before as well as shouting and whooping. The parents also we're talking to each other and across rows. Throughout the... More

Dear RoyKxy, Thank you for your comment. As advertised on all marketing material, the performance of Annie was a Community Production that featured over 40 children from the Leicestershire area. Our Community Productions are very well received and naturally the parents of the children involved are extremely supportive and proud. If in any future visits to Curve you find any... More

We recently went to see Annie at the Curve Theatre, with our granddaughter, who was up from London. The show was excellent, but our granddaughter, aged 13, commented on the fact that the theatre itself was very cold and impersonal in its structure and finish. It was also badly organised. Another tip, don't park in the NCP next to the... More

Dear Jim B, Thank you for your comments, we’re sorry to hear that you experienced a problem on exiting the Rutland Centre NCP car park after the performance and that your granddaughter did not find the theatre as inviting as we endeavour to make it. We understand the experience of going to the Theatre is not just about the performance... More
