Only a short walk in the town centre and very nice staff ...This was a return visit and as usual a very enjoyable experience

My partner and I went to see The Sound of Music lasy night at the lovely Grand Theatre, it was superb.

A great theatre, well maintained, beautifully clean ( unlike most London theatres) and staffed by a friendly team of staff. Took 70 children to watch Horrible Histories, also superb.

Have been to numerous shows here but most recently the milkshake show with my toddler. I Like this venue for kids shows as they get a good viewpoint from most seating. Pubs galore, found W S pub beside tower was good, and could eat there ,other eating and drinking could be found

As regular visitors to the Grand theatre it's always a pleasure to see performances in such an ornate auditorium where you can sit in 'awe' of its architectural beauty prior to the curtain going up and during the interval. the staff are very good comfortable seat bar prices not bad rising damp was as funny as the tv series great evenings entertainment.

There is a nice bar for drinks . Did not try the food but the prices looked very fair. Michael Ball show was great.
