I had to write a review as we read all reviews before booking the Sandcastle in Blackpool. We are a family of 5 with 3 children aged 20, 14 & 11, we booked a Wednesday in July and we arrived at 10.30am. As we booked online we avoided a queue and were in the pool in no time. We went... More

This place is brilliant, but a bit to busy at times. And charging extra for some of the attractions is a bit of a liberty, especially at £35 for a family of 3 without add ons.

This attraction is a nice place but massively overpriced, it would be just about acceptable if the price included all the slides (unfortunately these are an extra £6pp). To get any sort of money's worth you'd have to spend the whole day there, unfortunately there isn't enough there to keep the children entertained all day and the elders will quickly... More

A must on the Blackpool seafront, rain or shine. They have added a spa. We'll sort of. It's extra cost of course and if they sound proofed it from the pool and gave you a towel on entry it would be worth every extra penny. However it's on the side of the pool and although the steam rooms were great... More

Visited the sandcastle with my boyfriend in March. The price was quite reasonable and it made a great day out. I loved the Aztec falls slide the most. The queues weren't too bad and the place was very clean. I will really recommend this to my friends and I will be coming back!

My boyfriend and I visited Sandcastles water park on Wednesday 16th July 2014, we had prebooked our tickets, so didn't have to queue at all, went to the separate internet bookings desk and picked up our wristbands and splash cash band. The splash cash system is fantastic, I would reccommend it to anyone who thinks they'll buy food while in... More

I think they need to rethink their pricing here. As a teenager on your own with a friend its a great time for £15 or so but when multiplying it up for a family of 5 then having to pay the extra for the hyperzone rides we felt that £84 was rather excessive. Nonetheless, we had a lovely day even... More

I went to the Sandcastle Waterpark during a weekend in July before the busy season really starts. It was a lot of fun. Though the park is not that big (especially by American standards, as I am originally from the U.S.), it still had a good amount of slides and pools, and the slides were different enough to be interesting.... the attractions at sandcastle water park are gread, service was good, changing facilities were adequate, but the price is just astonishing, £16.50 AND THATS JUST FOR A STANDARD ENTRY, its another £6 on top of that for the hyperzone pass, yes thats £22.50 for a thrill seeking swimmer, IMO make the price INCLUDE the hyperzone pass, overall rating AVERAGE

came here over the weekend when the weather was quite lovely outside, thought that due to the lovely weather we would try the sandcastle as it should be quieter. even with the weather Blackpool seemed not at all busy. upon getting changed and going to the pool I came to the conclusion that everyone in Blackpool was in here with...
