This is the first "waterpark" attraction that I have ever visited, never really understood the pull of these things…… until I visited The Sandcastle. Haven't anything to compare it against, but can say that as a family of 4 we were entertained all day for £20 per head. There were some areas that perhaps were getting a bit rusty in... More

Indoors waterpark meant we didn't worry about the cold outside. The staff were awesome, happy and caring. Rides were fun.

If you're used to "spa's" their one will leave you wanting.. I didn't think it was value for my sister in law's money. Rest is grand tho..

The slides were good, lazy river fantastic. It was too expensive for what it was. Not good for younger children as areas are deep. My younger ones were upset they could not go on things. The food was very expensive so would definitely bring a picnic nxt time. The toilets and outside the pool were unclean. My son hurt himself... More

I love this water park. The admission fee seems a bit expensive at first if you purchase all the add ons but when you are spending most of the date there it doesn’t really matter. When we arrived there was no queue to get in. We were given these electronic cashless wristbands to open our locker and to open the... More

Visited the sand castle for the first time last week. Great fun had by the kids 9 and 14 and great for adults too. Got there first thing so no queuing to get in. We didn't book on line so was pleased we got there early. We also found free parking in the back streets about 5 minute walk. We... More

We visited the sandcastle as a family of four during a weekend stay in Blackpool. I was astonished to be charged £75 for a swim session to include all slides. Although the slides were very good and the kids loved them, I fail to see how they can justify such a high price. The food was also expensive, with a... More

waves in the wave pool can be very strong. Excellent facilities though. Our three year old didn't want to leave. The fast river was loads of fun.

This place is great but for what they charge for admission and the amount of slides there is it is not worth it. I purchased a family ticket 2 adults 1 children and it was just short of £60.00 and certainly wasn't worth it.
