We went only because we had vouchers as otherwise it would have been a very expensive trip. Expected it to be busy the day we went but found as we went early it was ok. Had to wait for rides but these were not too long. More for older children but our 4 and 6 year old was quite happy... More

We made a special trip to Blackpool from London as my 10yrs old daughter wanted to visit and we love every time spend in it. Nice place all indoor perfect for British weather. Not too expensive for family of 4. we paid over £90 including 10% online advance booking discount, 4 hyperband, 2 adult Spa entry and £20 lunch wrist band.... Bought tickets online, but as we got there early there wasn't any queues anyway (Sunday). Lovely place, changing rooms huge and very clean. We were surprised that the water wasn't warm..... So we all got cold quite quickly. We didn't pay extra for the bigger slides as we have young children and they were more than happy to go round... More

Loads to do, queues a little long for the big slides if it's busy. Really enjoyed Aztec Falls and Side Winder! Great that you can go down in pairs if wanted. Well priced for what you get but would be expensive for a family.

The customer service from the vast majority of the staff was second to none; they were so keen to make sure we had a great visit. As it's Easter week, there were long queues to get in and when it was our turn to buy our tickets, the girl on the till said to the kids "phew, you're at the... More

We bought our tickets online so this saved us some of the entrance costs, but even with the online discount it was still quite expensive for the four of us. We did also add 4 hyperzone passes and 2 spa passes on to the general admission but it worked out at about £35 per couple, so not exactly cheap. We... More

We arrived at the Sandcastle waterpark at the opening time of 10am. This proved to be a good move as the first 30 minutes was really quiet, but after that it got busy very quickly. The waterpark is overpriced in my opinion - roughly £13 per adult with an extra £6 if you want to ride the four biggest flumes.... More
