My son spent his 12th birthday in the Sandcastle with friends and they had a fab time. We are local to Blackpool and it's easy to take the attractions for granted without actually using them however this place is well worth a visit from both locals and visitors. The catering was impressive with the usual burgers etc for kids but... More

This is our 3rd time at the Sandcastle and we've had great fun each time we've been. This time the kids wanted hyperzone bands which bumped up the cost a bit but for a special holiday day out you don't mind. We always book online (worth it for a bit of discount and you get to bypass the main queue)... More

A great all day all weather attraction, staff were all happy and friendly, There are family changing rooms with cubicals which was handy as me and my daughter could get changed in the same area. the slides were really good montanna falls were the best with a double rubber ring pludged into darkness into a spinball with disco lights. We went only because we had vouchers as otherwise it would have been a very expensive trip. Expected it to be busy the day we went but found as we went early it was ok. Had to wait for rides but these were not too long. More for older children but our 4 and 6 year old was quite happy... More

Bought tickets online, but as we got there early there wasn't any queues anyway (Sunday). Lovely place, changing rooms huge and very clean. We were surprised that the water wasn't warm..... So we all got cold quite quickly. We didn't pay extra for the bigger slides as we have young children and they were more than happy to go round... More

Loads to do, queues a little long for the big slides if it's busy. Really enjoyed Aztec Falls and Side Winder! Great that you can go down in pairs if wanted. Well priced for what you get but would be expensive for a family.

The customer service from the vast majority of the staff was second to none; they were so keen to make sure we had a great visit. As it's Easter week, there were long queues to get in and when it was our turn to buy our tickets, the girl on the till said to the kids "phew, you're at the... More
