Over priced cramped conditions , the pools are far too small for volume of visitors , didnt find it very clean , certainly wont be returning.l

....worth pre booking online as slight discount, brilliant day, good range of slides and activities, and plenty of lifeguards, well organised as can pre pay to save carrying money around for food, lots of lockers and an area for adult only which had steam room and heated beds...and good for a warm up in between rides. Great value for money... More

We visited with our 11yr old son and his friend and had a wonderful time there. I think the most time we spent in queues was 15minutes, which, when compared to theme park queues isn't bad at all. My only negative feedback is regarding the food. Whilst we were there the only offerings were burgers, hotdogs and fries as they... More

After a night on the "tiles" I went out on the Saturday morning to walk it off. I was looking for somewhere not only to take a relaxing coffee break on what was probably the hottest day of the year so far (Saturday 26th July), but also somewhere that served good coffee. The Sandcastle Waterpark with its air conditioned interior... More

We went to this waterpark during the week (19.06.2014) as we wanted to avoid long time waiting for the slides. We understood that it closes earlier than in a season or weekend but we did not understand why we were charged full price if we were unable to use all slides till the end. One of the slides closed 1.5... More

Sandcastle Water park was a Totally Awesome Day out that the kids will thoroughly enjoy. Myself and four kids went to this attraction/venue with its eighteen slides and we really did have one of the most memorable days out ever. We spent the entire day here and loaded my wristband with credit so that we could eat by the poolside... More

Well we haven't wasted anytime in using our new V.I.P pass our first visit was absolutely wonderful and the young people which attended really really enjoyed themselves. We where greeted with smiles and a warm welcome from Sue and all the guys at the front desk. Sue then introduced us to the water ambassador Jess Brown and straight away Jess... More

There are enough slides and fun included in your daily pass if your children are young that you do not need to pay extra for the other rides. Life guards are truly alert, so there's is zero tolerance to any messing. The shower facilities are great, with ample room for families in their changing rooms. The staff are helpful and... More
